今天約了朋友在青衣飲茶聚會,朋友推介青衣城這間酒樓,說它們的點心是自家製,並不是大陸工廠出口,於是今天中午便來這裡飲茶吃點心。我們點了一系列比較特別的點心,例如黑毛豬叉燒包、鮑魚燒賣、蘿蔔絲腸粉和帶子鮮蝦餃等等。黑毛豬製作的叉燒包口感和味道真的比較出色和美味,鮑魚的質感則煙煙韌韌,至於蘿蔔絲腸粉也十分特別,很少地方有這種菜式。至於其他點心的味道都相當不錯,價錢亦不會太昂貴,大家有機會的話可以一試。

話說我同老公請四大長老食飯慶祝母親節,因為老人家鍾意食中菜,但又唔想去唔遠,所以就係附近搵嘢食,之前幫襯過海港早茶,佢啲食物質素一向都穩定,環境都算舒適,我哋間唔中都會幫襯。雖然我哋唔係簡母親節正日,但去到所有枱都幾乎坐滿,好在我哋一早比錢落訂,我叫左松葉蟹6人宴,佢哋上菜速度都算快,食物份量好足夠,好多時係酒樓食嘢啲餸都係凍冰冰,但佢啲餸好新鮮熱辣辣,松葉蟹肉鮮甜,冬瓜盅入面好多海鮮,咕嚕肉冇用肥肉而係用豚肉,海班魚肉質彈牙,炒蝦球都大隻又爽口,服務就不過不失啦,888六人餐性價比算高,希望繼續保持水準。

今天晚上家人在此吃開年飯,見有全包宴就點了,即使價錢並不便宜。落單後,我們叫職員改那枝紅酒轉啤酒,他們只願意轉換兩樽細籃妹 330ml, 一枝紅酒價錢等於兩枝細樽啤酒,完全不合理7.00pm 落單,第一道菜差不多等了45分鐘,跟著有些相隔近20分鐘,骨碟滿是龍蝦殼,完全沒有人會換碟,加茶更完全沒有,最後上甜品已是9.20pm。每人平均消費$582, 卻換來如斯服務,完全不成比例,絕對不會再來。
