今日同爸爸去咗銅鑼灣凡高廚房食飯,個環境裝修好有歐陸feel,啲牆身掛住凡高風嘅名畫,配埋柔和嘅燈光,成個feel好浪漫。個餐廳唔算好大,坐到 30-40人,但係好舒服,啲枱櫈擺位都有心思,坐得幾舒服㗎~開胃菜有熟蝦同埋凍芝士三文魚,個熟蝦新鮮爽口,個凍芝士三文魚就香到暈!個煙燻味夾埋芝士嘅香濃,再加埋三文魚本身嘅咸香,absolutely perfect!湯品揀咗98%野菌忌廉湯,加埋啲黑松露碎,個香味一陣一陣咁撲鼻而來,夾埋個綿密嘅口感,飲落去好滑好香,忌廉味都唔會太重,啲野菌粒粒都好有嚼頭,令到個湯質感層次豐富。主菜必試招牌澳洲頂級和羊配蒜蓉香草醬薯角,份量好足!個羊扒七分熟,個肉質嫩滑多汁,香氣四溢!配埋個蒜蓉香草醬,味道層次即刻豐富咗好多。跟餐嘅薯角外脆內軟,沾埋蒜蓉香草醬食,香脆可口!配菜嘅瓜菜新鮮爽口,清甜可口。薄餅揀咗四式芝士薄餅,個餅底薄脆香口,上面鋪滿四種唔同嘅芝士,每啖都cheese爆!個芝士濃香滑溜,配埋脆卜卜嘅餅底,叫人停唔到口。最後嘅甜品係草莓藍莓蛋糕,蛋糕軟綿綿,cream香滑唔嗜甜,啲新鮮士多啤梨同藍莓酸甜可口,好提神!飲品方面我配咗杯香濃嘅咖啡,朋友就單點咗檸茶,兩款都幾啱feel。凡高廚房嘅食物水準高,用料新鮮,廚師功架十足,裝修有格調,好適合約會或者朋友聚會。想食高質素嘅歐陸菜可以一試! continue reading
