To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. I like Tsui Hang Village Michelin restaurant with orange themed environment, the seats are comsy and i like the jade green sofa, very relaxing sitting here and enjoy the dinner with fam haaaFried Oysters in clay pot is coming with sands(2pieces sosad), sosad, even the taste is so good and well cooked with really crispy layer haa, and i like the soft and chewy texture haaa, soso yummy, you can taste the lovely seasoning, this dish is coming with 6 large oyster pieces haa, it’s easy for sharing yayaRoasted Duck in Beijing style is coming the last lollll, is just soso waited for an hour, but still good cause it means they start cooking when we order haa, but sosad the duck is not hot at all…and a bit disappointed, the taste is just ok…nothing special comparing to other dishes…had high expectation for tonight dish sad, we like the duck layer haaaFried great grouper and pork belly in clay pot is so goood haa, i like the freshness of grouper fish meat with sweet flavoring haa, and the pork belly is in good standard tooFried Rice with Conpoy, Egg White and Pork Floss tasting good and dry, even having few ingredients but the taste is so complex, haaa, good filling up our stomach yayaoutsides:insides:menu:The waitress is so nice and helpful, with good smiling, haa, and pretty pleasing environment, explaining to us the chefs are busy cooking so wait wait for roasted duck in bejing style haaThe food quality is indeed good, nice for fam gathering haa, but i think Beijing duck can be skipped sosad…

我們在哪裏是吃晚餐 , 一入到去太陽還未完全落山 , 在餐廳內還是看到夕陽的餘暉。 這間餐廳的服務十分周到, 員工十分足夠, 做事效率非常快, 沒有出現漏單狀況。 另外, 冰鎮菠蘿咕嚕肉具有特色。 以冰製成的碗, 把咕嚕肉放在裏面, 使咕嚕肉保持酥脆,十分好吃。 其他各類的食品質素也很不錯, 材料十分新鮮。 我們叫了壽桃包和薑汁紅棗糕。 壽桃包的份量十分適合, 雖然入面沒有蛋黃, 但蓮蓉不算太甜, 不會吃下去很漏的感覺。 薑汁紅棗糕薑味適中,也適合兒童吃。

餸菜好味,招呼周到,有AE咭7折後價錢合理。可惜上菜慢,除了燒味炒菜外,往往要食完一碟再等10分鐘才有第二道菜,就算和職員反映幾次都不行,他們寧願叫我取消。這在其他同級餐廳少見,希望能改善。

與相識超過30載的好友新春聚餐,再加上慶祝一位退休前輩的75大壽,自然要揀一間環境舒適、食物有水準的餐廳,曾經到尖沙咀翠亨邨飲中午茶,對其點心非常滿意,在 openrice 搜索才知道原來是米芝蓮餐廳,所以便決定試試晚飯之水準。。。果然沒有令人失望,由上第一道菜開始便專注在食物上,連《相機先食》也忘記了🤪😂1)蜜汁第一刀义燒非常有驚喜!無論色澤、味道及肉質均有水準,碟邊之蠔油豆亦不能錯過。2)翠亨靚一鷄即是起骨之沙姜鷄,附有沙姜汁及姜蓉可沾點食用,份量偏少,不過味道不錯。3)珊瑚脆海蜇前菜,辣味適中海蜇爽口彈牙,果然開胃!4)杏汁燉白肺湯4人份量但可分5碗,杏汁香濃,湯渣亦非常美味足料,除瘦肉及豬肺外,連大粒乾瑶柱亦可夾到。5)羊肚菌紅燒豆腐豆腐非常滑份量亦算多,跟肉類菜式同樣吸引。6)鮮菠蘿冰鎮咕嚕肉咕嚕肉放在冰制之容器,與鮮菠蘿分開放在碟上,視覺效果吸引,咕嚕肉保持脆口份量亦足。7)發財蠔豉柱甫既應節及老人家在新年期間喜愛的食物,揀選這菜式純粹貪其意頭十足,不過味道亦算合格,有4粒大大粒瑤柱及蠔豉。8)青湯煮萵荀絲賣相平凡但入口有驚喜,萵荀絲爽口清甜,雖然已經飽感十足,但仍忍不住全部清碟。整體上全晚的食物是令人滿意,不過扣分地方為當晚有漏單情況出現(萵荀絲),雖然提出後有即時跟進,但作為米芝蓮餐廳,應該要積極改善以保持服務水平。
