「叠記咖哩」原來是澳門的著名食店,已經營至第三代。不過筆者去了澳門多次都未有光顧,實在有眼不識泰山。今晚由朋友帶路,來到他們在香港開的分店一試。「叠記咖哩」的太子分店位於花園街。店員非常熱情好客,主動提供圍裙,以防筆者和朋友太輪盡,衣服被咖哩醬汁弄污。如珠如寶指的是豬皮、豬紅、豬手和豬頸肉。豬皮軟滑,充滿滷水香味。豬手外皮Q彈,肉質嫩滑,帶著豐富骨膠原。配上橡筋幼麵,麵質爽口彈牙,口感很好。湯底加入了腩汁,味道更為鹹香。「叠記」出名的是咖哩,醬汁煮得香辣,甚為惹味,和白飯十分匹配。三寶配餸分別有咖哩牛腩、豬扒和雞扒。牛腩炆得軟腍入味,咖哩香氣濃郁!而豬扒、雞扒都有煎香處理,兩者肉質均軟嫩。除了上述配餸,還附有薯仔塊。整碗份量非常多,很飽肚!豬頸肉口感帶少許爽脆嚼勁。以瑞士汁炆煮,肉質入味,味道鹹中帶甜。一人一杯飲品解渴,選擇了兒童鴛鴦,好立克溝阿華田,好滿足。 continue reading

真係唔好睇少叠記咖喱的辣度,我覺得如果食得辣真係可以挑戰下。咖喱牛腩飯牛腩份量足夠,有肥有瘦,每一口都係肉,竟然仲有牛筋,講返咖喱汁,香辣又惹味,我叫了雙汁,腩汁是少辣,但有甜味,平衡返咖喱的辣度。皇牌茄汁豬扒飯豬扒原塊上,有切開幾片易食D,豬扒厚身,夠稔,肉質香甜的,皇牌茄汁用上鮮茄,無用茄膏,我叫了多汁,拌飯一流。瑞士汁豬頸肉豬頸肉份量足夠二人分享,豬頸肉大大塊,煎至微微焦香,瑞士汁香濃又香甜,味道唔錯,全清了大大杯檸檬茶真係好大杯,比起那杯檸檬蜜的份量,目測起碼有3倍。茶味夠香,檸檬都多幾塊,食完咖喱真係好需要解辣降溫。檸檬蜜食左甘多熱食,飲返檸蜜滋潤下都唔錯 continue reading
