To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

9月開始踏入秋季🍂，不少酒店餐廳的下午茶主題改為秋季當造食材，栗子🌰是其中典型的一種！堅果近期都大熱，見到menu豐富的栗子食物，加上平日下午茶有5折一定要試試🌰環境：被安排了在最近門口的梳化位，空間寬敞但梳化同咕𠱸都不太乾淨而且有跡，枱底見到有多過一隻蚊在飛，感覺有點不太良好～食物：鹹點方面，栗子忌廉湯配芝士酸種麵包比較特別，不過湯的質地有點過於濃稠，但用麵包點湯就很夾～可能栗子一向夾甜點，所以甜點方面有驚喜！最喜歡是栗子果仁撻！😋撻皮好脆，果仁餡crunchy味道豐富，其次是朱古力栗子蛋糕，朱古力mousse包住不過甜的栗子蓉😋題外話：職員入座時告知食物要製作45分鐘，最後真係坐了45分鐘才有食物上枱！這方面有點減分！始終已一早訂位並確認，但都不能預先準備，有點不明白🤨

被安排了在最近門口的梳化位，空間寬敞但梳化同咕𠱸都不太乾淨而且有跡，枱底見到有多過一隻蚊在飛，感覺有點不太良好～

食物：
鹹點方面，栗子忌廉湯配芝士酸種麵包比較特別，不過湯的質地有點過於濃稠，但用麵包點湯就很夾～
可能栗子一向夾甜點，所以甜點方面有驚喜！最喜歡是栗子果仁撻！😋撻皮好脆，果仁餡crunchy味道豐富，其次是朱古力栗子蛋糕，朱古力mousse包住不過甜的栗子蓉😋

題外話：職員入座時告知食物要製作45分鐘，最後真係坐了45分鐘才有食物上枱！這方面有點減分！始終已一早訂位並確認，但都不能預先準備，有點不明白🤨

與親人聚會一行十多人，因為有不同的飲食需求，希望食多選擇的自助餐，結果令人滿意。烤肉除了有烤牛，羊架，燒雞外，還有ribs 和wellington beef, wellington beef 很美味，有驚喜。亦有多種串燒。凍海鮮的蟹腳美味，但如同其他食評所講比較鹹，並沒有龍蝦和生蠔。芝士也有幾款，黑松露芝士好食。甜品仲有心太軟。飲品也令人驚喜，水吧有幾款咖啡幾款茶，仲有港式奶茶好受歡迎。親友們都食物飲品都好滿意。服務方面官網訂位有折但這官網並不user friendly, 現場服務很好還提醒我漏低左物品，餐廳電話經常太繁忙而飛線酒店服務部，但服務部也有跟進。

    入門就見到多多海鮮及壽司🍣，海鮮好受歡迎，好快就冇曬，不過師傅添加噶都仲幾快💨。後面仲有好多類芝士，麵檔選擇都仲算豐富，後面仲有中菜及西餐扒類，最驚喜噶就係甜品區內噶雪糕，居然係Häagen-Dazs噶，仲要係無限食，真系低到爆咯，全部都係我老公至鍾意食噶❤️。我個人就最鍾意食烤串和心太軟。另外服務都幾nice ，上次去冇booking 都主動俾優惠，仲教埋我如何透過網上booking 可以打折喔，真系好有耐心。紙巾唔夠用，D姐姐都會願意攞多D俾我地，水吧噶姐姐笑容好好，俾個👍

    食身多元化，質素可以，並且溫度夠熱，侍應服務態度良好，能照顧我的需要，並且會主動問我有咩幫手，令到我喜出望外，而且價錢尚可，優惠很多，仲有一樣可以取得，但侍應會幫我主動取得最優惠價格，不用自己計算，帶位服務態度好，有禮解答我的問題，並且不厭其煩再3解析，雖然人的數量比較多，但是位置依然足夠，不會坐得很逼，即使坐細檯，依然有服務員主動協助，實在不得不讚，唯一美中不足的是實在是太多人，服務員實在太忙了

    約左幾個朋友又唔知食咩好，見Three on Canton有朋友一直想試，同埋又做緊優惠，星期二同四OpenRice 有6折，就去試下，去到餐廳已經比隻大蟹吸引住，果度既職員仲要好好咁幫我安排窗口位置，佢地仲好好服務，正呀。仲要有片皮鴨食、朱古力噴泉、心太軟，呢d真係正，呢個真係唔係間間有。加上仲有果汁咖啡茶任飲，有d餐廳得一杯飲品。個buffet場好大，行極都未行完🤣🤣🤣，不過真係好多野食，下次又再去過先。
