To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

2024年9月，勁平台買2送2優惠下，預約咗平日食自助餐晚餐。每人連加一都係4百幾，有阿拉斯加蟹蝦，長腳蟹真係勁抵。仲有好多其他海鮮，例如鮑魚，蟶子，龍蝦，花膠等等，燒烤肉類也有好多，有燒牛肉，豬手，墨西哥卷餅，咖喱，燉湯，芝士拼盤，後來年尾同朋友食多次，仲係好高質。我食咗3碟蟹同龍蝦已經好飽，凍海鮮解凍幾好，唔會太咸太凍。甜品我冇食，不作評論。希望今個月尾再去食也是高質素的。這次我哋平日去食，都全埸滿，不過餐廳唔會太嘈，坐位比較少，所以冇食物要排隊或者被清盤的情況。

Three on Canton，位於香港香港尖沙咀廣東道13號海港城港威酒店3樓。家人訂了Three on Canton同我慶祝生日，餐廳環境舒適，服務好 。食物種類多，冷盤、海鮮、巴馬火腿、芝士拼盤、熟食、壽司、刺身、片皮鴨、燒雞、羊架、片皮鴨、燉湯、咖哩、粉麵、甜品和熟食，我喜歡黑松露巴馬臣芝士意粉，非常香濃的芝士味，片皮鴨、羊架和燒雞都很有水準。最欣賞有大量飲品供應，平時酒店自助餐多數只會包一杯飲品，又或者飲品選擇不多。整體性價比高，款式又多☺️。🏷️溫馨提示～ 整個用餐體驗均屬個人分享意見， 只作參考😊。

We gave this place a try because we managed to snag a great “BOGOF” promotion for dinner off the “K字” platform 🙌🏻.For the price point (because of the promotion) it was pretty decent value and they had what you’d expect of a HK buffet at this calibre. On the cold food side they had a selection of Alaskan Crabs, mussels, sea counch, abalone, salads and cheeses, plus a whole leg of parma ham. There was also a small selection of sashmi and sushi, plus a cold soba noodle station 🍣.For hot food they had Soft shell crabs, Braised fish maw with goose feet, Peking Duck, Grilled Pineapple, Beef Wellington, Roast Pork/beef/lamb, Bbq pork ribs and more (too much to list)! 😅.There was also a make your own noodles station, with your choice of either Laska or Clear Chicken Broth as the soup base 👌🏻 The desserts were fairly average - random assortment of cakes, fruits and Haagen Daz ice cream 🍨 .All in all I would say that the food was good for this price. There wasn’t anything super spectacular but on average across the board , I would say the standards are slightly above average (3.5/5?) .Overall, we were satisfied. Would we pay full price for this one - probably not. However, if you can get a reasonable discount off the standard price, it may well be worthwhile - just like our visit 🤗

這家自助餐的選擇非常豐富，尤其是牛扒和海鮮讓人印象深刻。牛扒煎得恰到好處，外層微焦，內裡肉質鮮嫩多汁，搭配黑椒汁或蒜蓉醬都非常美味。海鮮區有新鮮的蝦、蟹腳和青口，蝦肉彈牙，蟹腳鮮甜，青口也處理得很乾淨，完全沒有沙粒感。雪糕區提供了多種口味，推薦試試抹茶和香草，口感綿密，甜度適中。甜品區的選擇也不少，從蛋糕到布丁都有，其中巧克力慕斯濃郁而不膩，提拉米蘇也做得相當地道。整體來說，食材新鮮，種類多樣，服務也很周到，適合與朋友或家人一起來享受美食。

This restaurant is located on the third floor of Gateway Hotel in Kowloon side, right in the Harbour City. It is a big restaurant that ususally serves buffet but they do have A La Carte menu. They have both indoor seating and outdoor. I like the outdoor part with a garden feel and it‘s comfortable especially for afternoon tea. I went there for an afternoon tea but sitting inside this time. There is a promotion till Feb 28 2025 for a tea set, can be for 2 persons or even for 1. If the table reservation is booked via online platform like Openrice, TableCheck etc….., there is a 50% off. Wow, it’s a very good deal! There is half half variety in the tea set menu meaning half set is salty and half set is sweet. Their tea set presentation is very nice with a chinese style tray because it is for Jin Hua Ham tea set. The theme is of course a chinese style. The food is served hot for those salty ones. The sweet ones are not too sweet and they are all tasty to serve with hot tea or coffee which the set comes with a free drink. Restroom is clean which is located outside the restaurant. There are parking lots in Harbour City with lift going all the way up. So wheelchair has no problem. The ambience is excellent with light background music. It‘s a very relaxing atmosphere for friends to chit chat for hours. Table is big and spacious but the the sofa is a bit soft. Minimum spending is at least one drink per person. With the 50% off promotion, it is a very good deal… Overall, I like it…
