-鎮江薑醋蒸大閘蟹
作為大閘蟹季節嘅明星菜式,呢隻鎮江薑醋蒸大閘蟹份量十足,蟹肉鮮甜,蟹膏更係細膩綿滑,入口即化,完美展現大閘蟹嘅極致鮮味。搭配鎮江薑醋,既能提鮮又帶出層次感,絕對值得一試!


-二十年花雕酒蒸遠海梭子蟹
意料之外嘅驚喜!呢道菜擺喺角落頭,外表睇落平凡,但其實係全場嘅隱藏之星。梭子蟹一上枱已經散發濃郁嘅花雕酒香,入口蟹肉鮮甜細膩,酒香與鮮味完美結合,酒味調得恰到好處,完全冇蓋過蟹嘅原味,反而加強咗整體層次。蟹肉份量亦唔少,呢道菜絕對係我嘅最愛!


-辣椒炒肉
呢道菜辣味適中,對於平時喺譚仔只食到3小辣嘅我嚟講,辣度剛剛好,唔會搶走炒肉嘅香味。炒肉嫩滑,帶少少椒香,係一道簡單但令人滿意嘅菜式。


-龍井蝦仁
龍井蝦仁係杭州菜嘅經典代表之一,呢度嘅表現絕對稱職。蝦肉鮮嫩彈牙,茶香細膩清新,與蝦嘅鮮味融合得恰到好處,口感與味道都非常出色!


-東坡肉
東坡肉係杭州菜中唔可或缺嘅經典。呢度嘅東坡肉煮得非常入味,肥瘦分佈均勻,肉質軟嫩,入口即化,醬汁濃郁香甜但唔會過膩,令人一試難忘。


甜品&特式雪糕
甜品區亦係值得一讚,有多款特色甜品,仲有市面比較少見嘅雪糕口味,例如班蘭味雪糕,味道清新獨特,未試過嘅朋友一定要趁機會一試!

總捨嚟講,嚟呢度食buffet真係可以的,但千祈唔好嚟慶祝生日,職員唔係好知一般要點做,加上可能人手不足,好多時、例如大閘蟹旁邊無哂鉸剪、甜品隔離無哂雪糕匙羹、壽司隔離無哂筷子,職員都唔可以即時幫你refill, 要等一陣先會refill到/補返去你枱面,所以食嘢時間要等耐啲。辛苦職員了。

因為長老們住香港區, 選擇了這餐廳, 經理及侍應很好禮貌, 服務不錯, 地方寛闊至於食物  係有部分廣告的食物, 如大閘蟹, 西餐如白汁海鮮, 意式米仔粉都OK 不見龍井蝦仁、東坡肉西湖牛肉羹, 或黃魚面,  只見重覆又重覆印度主題的curry , BBQ 羊架在peak time 供應不夠, 尾段先出現, counter 廚有D overcook 咗, 導致大家氣餒, 其實羊不須燒到咁熟呢, 牛都是半生啦不進則退, 2019 年見過即製的甜品以及 價格上乘一點的食材不見了, 例如parma ham, smoked salmon 如果是原價, 未必會光顧呢
