睇住師傅用嘅鐵板炒飯時非常治癒,搞到我都好想試吓用鐵鏟嚟煮食。見到佢一邊整食物,一邊又會整到鐵板好乾淨。而且廚師嘅技藝好精湛🥰🥰

大蝦鮮嫩多汁,南非鮑魚的口感滑順,肉質厚實。美國牛柳,我要咗五成,肉質軟嫩。炒飯非常美味。炒飯選擇上有和牛/櫻花蝦。兩樣都用咗雞蛋🥚炒飯加和牛同櫻花蝦。其實食到炒飯已經係好飽㗎啦,最後就食埋個雪糕甜品🍧,叫咗柚子雪糕同埋抺茶。

而且飲品我就叫咗兩個Mocktail

尖沙咀The ONE上面的餐廳最大賣點是維港景色,很美!餐廳環境走高雅日式風,霓虹燈招牌和竹林元素點綴,帶點現代感又不失溫馨。鐵板燒吧枱是焦點,坐在這裡能近距離看師傅烹調,火光和食材的碰撞頗有看頭。窗邊座位則能一覽維港夜景,雖然不算私密,但夜晚的高樓燈火讓用餐氣氛加分不少。食物方面,鐵板燒海賀主打新鮮日本食材,味道穩當。試了無花果蟹肉沙律,前菜清新,蟹肉鮮甜,無花果的甜酸味很開胃。磯煮鮑魚是亮點,鮑魚肉厚有嚼勁,搭配鮑魚肝醬,鮮味十足。A4宮崎牛選了七成熟,牛肉嫩滑多汁,簡單的炭燒調味就很香,配上炸蒜片更添口感。黑松露和牛炒飯粒粒分明,松露香氣濃郁,雖然份量不多,但味道令人滿足。
