之前一路都好想去試香港嘅壽司郎,但係每次見到門口嗰條長龍要排幾個鐘冇心機排,好彩而家個Apps可以響網上訂位,於是去試吓旺角呢一間壽司郎。由於book咗位所以去到等一陣就已經可以安排入座,安排左卡位兩個人坐得好舒服,佢哋係用屏幕點餐,運輸帶上面都會有一啲其他壽司供應,而家做緊螃蟹祭有好多唔同嘅蟹壽司選擇,價錢有平有貴,大部份都係29或者$39 一碟。我哋叫咗松葉蟹腳壽司,蟹肉蒸蛋,北寄貝、魷魚、鮟肝壽司、貝類三味,炸番薯條等等,最後再叫咗必食嘅野莓芭菲作總結,一共食咗27碟壽司大約食咗四百幾蚊,暫時冇得去日本,唯有響香港壽司郎頂住癮先啦!

近日因為日本那個不知所謂的高中生而成為新聞主角的「壽司郎」,其實自從它落戶香港之後,早已成為我久不久便會幫襯的地方,喜歡它價錢經濟,性價比高,大部分的出品,無論壽司還是其他小食、甜品,都絕對對得起它的價錢。不過因為經常光顧,所以很多時就沒有寫。踏入二月,「壽司郎」一年一度的「螃蟹祭」再度推出,之前沒有在「螃蟹祭」期間幫襯過的我,就找了一個晚上,來到這間「壽司郎」分店,一嚐這次「螃蟹祭」推出的各款期間限定壽司和其他出品。「生松葉蟹腳壽司」($39)吃的是生松葉蟹的鮮味,絲絲的蟹腳肉、軟糯的口感,帶來熟蟹肉以外的另類感覺。「特大水煮松葉蟹配紅楚蟹拌蟹膏壽司」($39)既有熟松葉蟹肉,又有混和了蟹膏的紅楚蟹肉,一次過享受到兩種不同的滋味,也不錯。「特盛蟹肉海苔包」($22)紫菜上是脹鼓鼓的飯,飯上是滿滿的蟹肉,蟹肉上還有一點蟹膏,吃時把紫菜捲著裡面的壽司飯、蟹肉和蟹膏,口感豐富,也好味道。「紅楚蟹押壽司」($22)一客兩件,紅楚蟹肉雖然沒有松葉蟹那麼鮮甜,大量拆碎了的蟹肉仍能讓人感到滿足。集赤貝、北寄貝、海螺於一身的「貝三味」($17),才十七元便可吃到三款海貝,抵食。「蟹肉忌廉可樂餅」($

每次經過壽司郎都係大排長龍,至少要等兩至三個鐘頭先至可以食到,最近佢哋喺個Apps嗰度可以做定位就方便得多啦!佢哋而家二月做緊蟹肉推廣,包括左生松葉蟹腳壽司$39 ,紅楚🦀️箱壽司$22 ,特盛蟹肉海苔包$22 ,亦都有期間限定嘅鮟鱇魚肝壽司,🦀蟹肉茶碗蒸等等特別菜式。期間限定嘅壽司價錢比較貴,如果一般嘅貝類海鮮價錢都係大約$12-20左右就有兩件,最後再叫咗個o朱古力香莓芭菲( $39 ),兩個人食咗24碟連加一大約$450左右,價錢OK啦!只可惜限時一個鐘頭有啲趕!

今日都係要排隊攞飛,第一次到旺角店食壽司郎。之前都在屯門分店食,唔知道係分店嘅問題、餐廳問題定係壽司師傅問題,食完這間旺角店沒有滿足感,質素大不如前,魚肉好薄,厚薄不一,壽司飯特別少,令到口感欠佳,不特別好吃 ,整體都要有所改善。
