特登搵一間有龍蝦、蟹腳又有蠔嘅自助餐🤭🤭龍蝦肉質感很好，但冇乜龍蝦味，反而個凍蝦同熱盤嘅蝦都很好味，蟹腳略瘦，但有源源不絕嘅供應，食多幾隻搭夠，啲蠔偏瘦，啱晒我唔鍾意食蠔肚嗰類人😂 沙律吧有個大盤俾我哋自己溝菜及醬，打咗個Caesar Salad，另外有幾款西式麵包keep住暖，再加芝士連埋沙律很美味很滿足唔係食咗好多熱食，冇咩comment雪糕係Movenpick同Häagen-Dazs簡直冇得彈！甜品都有一啲其他自助餐少見嘅例如燉雪梨，豆腐花，楊枝甘露等…食物refill速度快，基本上幾時行出去都有得攞，亦都唔會話好早就唔再加海鮮，呢啲相就係8:15影嘅服務好，執枱快，座位寬敞，都有好多圓枱，五至八人坐圓枱其實好坐過長枱，包三個鐘代客泊車，可能地方比較唔就腳，星期六晚都唔算多人，唔使分兩輪食buffet，可以食足三個鐘，坐得舒服又慢慢食，整體感覺很好 ☺️☺️ continue reading

同朋友相聚食聖誕🎄大餐，黎到機場天際萬豪酒店一樓咖啡室享用自助晚餐，可以乘搭由東涌地鐵站開往酒店的免費接駁巴士🚌/S1 直達 車程十至十五分鐘。海鮮有六款，有龍蝦🦞：細細隻都有膏，龍蝦肉都好嫩口吾會韌，雪場蟹腳：比較幼細但海水味好重、但又吾會過鹽。蜆：都粒粒賬卜卜，幾新鮮。青口：大大隻鮮味十足。蝦🦐：新鮮，肉質爽彈。生蠔🦪：任食任拎，吾需要限拎幾多隻，細細隻，大癲，無咩礦物味，但洗得好乾淨係真嘅。刺身有厚切鯛魚、三文魚、吞拿魚、大大隻軟糯鮮甜牡丹蝦，不錯。熟食款式吾太多，基本上一行拎得曬，茄汁蝦、清蒸龍躉，點心數款、黑椒牛柳粒、鮑魚炒時蔬，有叉雞同燒鵝。羊架好韌，西冷牛扒🥩看似好嫩但好韌，質素一般。即席即煮面檔，有米粉、幼面、芽菜、可配搭蝦肉/牛丸等，簡簡單單，湯底是雞湯湯底，可加辣椒油炸蒜。甜品方面有H同M字頭雪糕，都回曬大本。仲有自家製豆腐花、提拉米蘇、水果 🍉、紅豆紫薯蛋糕、燉鮮奶等。幾有誠意。總結：人均消費港幣800 聖誕慶祝節日一流 continue reading

公眾假期同另一半去遠啲搵食，預訂咗天際萬豪酒店午市自助餐，到達時間中午12點，已經見到不少人進場，侍應生安排我們座在窗邊位置，跟著出去行個圈睇有咩食先，有刺身，海鮮冷盆，炸物，熱盆，串燒，點心，燒味，甜品。刺身只有幾款都算新鮮，海鮮冷盆亦新鮮。我最鍾意食點心，雖然只有乾蒸牛肉及燒賣，但都食咗幾轉，其他嘢都啱我味道，今日開胃食咗好多嘢，相對其他自助餐呢間算擇唔算多，勝在合我們心水，大部分都是我們會選的食物，唔錯。坐迎窗邊一點後太陽曬有啲熱，快快食完去下場節目。 continue reading
