前兩日約左朋友食飯,嚟到呢間圓方中唔太易搵嘅餐廳🤣位置闊落,坐得舒服menu上都係啲common印度菜餐廳會見到嘅菜式Pink Paradise Splash因為第二日仲要返工,就飲杯mocktail算~呢個飲落有西瓜汁嘅清爽,好開胃Margarita呢個就酒味重啲,配埋鹽杯味道就豐富啲Arancini Tikka Chaat中間嘅係類似芝士薯波嘅野,外面好脆入面好creamy👍🏻出面嘅醬食到有鷹嘴豆同石榴粒喺入面,令到口感同味道嘅層次都好豐富Grilled Salmon Tikka三文魚煎得啱啱好,有啲特別嘅印度香料味,增添不少風味Chicken Tikka Masala with Garlic Coriander Naan雞肉幾多,個naan配埋啲醬汁食好夾,naan都好鬆軟香口Sticky Toffee Pudding下面嘅蛋糕有啲似馬德蓮蛋糕,有陣焦香味但又唔會好甜!配埋雲尼拿雪糕一熱一凍好正!-總結:食物高質,環境舒服,推薦! continue reading

好耐無食印度菜,今次搵左間係圓方商場,整體望落較Premium嘅British Indian Restaurant,裝潢幾High-end,同一般高級商場嘅西餐廳差唔多。下層係British style嘅bar area,上層就係西餐廳設計,儘管如此,價錢無話特別貴,同係普通印度餐廳食飯差唔多價錢,性價比唔錯。Mango Lassi ($68): 印度菜必點嘅Mango Lassi (芒果乳酪),口感醇滑,味道酸酸甜甜,但飲落唔會太甜,就算減緊糖都照飲! Soft-Shell Crab Roll ($178): 炸軟殼蟹捲餅,每件捲餅內都有大大件嘅軟殼蟹,酥脆鮮甜,內有時蔬,減低油膩感。Afghani Ribs and Chips ($188): 留意返,呢款阿富汗肉排係羊肋骨,並唔係豬肋骨,其炆至非常軟腍,但肉質仍保持嫩滑而有肉汁,脂肪含量高,油花味超香,鍾意食羊肉嘅不能錯過。Chips係香辣嘅焗鮮薯,薯仔綿滑,辛香微辣,都幾香口好食。Chicken Tikka Masala ($178) & Truffle Ricotta Cheese Naan ($38): 印度菜著名嘅咖喱香料烤雞,每間用嘅香料同味道都有少少唔同,一般都係深橙色,加入番茄、椰奶及印度香料煮成嘅咖喱,質感比較Creamy奶滑。由於一般會伴印度薄餅或飯,所以味道會偏濃郁,望落幾油,但食落唔太膩。Naan都有幾款可選,除左一般牛油、蒜香薄餅,呢度仲有款黑松露芝士薄餅,一客共有兩塊,新鮮烤起,口感脆香,松露味突出,配咖喱食非常惹味。 continue reading

今晚接完朋友收工,就黎左呢一間位於Elements bookmark 左好耐的印度菜餐廳到食飯。餐廳原來係有上一層,坐一上層空間感仲闊落,枱與枱之間一啲都唔迫。Prawns Pakora Basket 炸蝦好香口又彈牙,Onion Potato Pakora有兩大舊,外面係一條條薯絲包住,好香口入面仲係keep 到濕潤。👍Tenderloin Skewers有兩串,每串有三舊牛,點埋個mustard oil & ginger garlic 食又幾夾喎。食印度菜一定要食下間餐廳嘅Chicken Masala,唔好睇佢好似好細兜,入面的雞肉份量都好多,個調味亦都做得好好,適當的辣,好開胃。食Masala 當然要點埋Roti 同Butter Naan,Roti 好香脆,Naan 口感煙韌,面頭仲有啲黑芝麻,呢兩樣配埋Chicken Masala 黎食永遠都係咁夾。Tamarita 用Tequila 做base 的cocktail,味道好清新,酒精濃度唔會太重,唔會覆蓋到食物嘅味道。Ras Leela 杯cocktail係女士們心心眼的粉紅色,用Gin黎做個base再加raspberry,入口甜甜的,好適合女仔飲。如果中意食印度菜又中意係啲靚靚環境用餐的,幾推介黎呢度食飯gathering。 continue reading

Element上層一向美食選擇多,今次黎左呢間印度🇮🇳菜餐廳,而且都幾熱鬧幾多人!Truffle Ricotta Cheese Naan很濃郁香噴噴的黑松露香味,麵包的質感很鬆軟,全部都是即叫即做!真材實料!Chicken Tikka Masala雞肉很嫩滑,咖喱🍛汁濃郁且帶點少辣🌶️配上Naan一齊食絕對是perfect match!Keema Masala Tacos🌮 表面放上各種調味料,中間配上雞肉🍗醉夾在一起吃,層次感很突出,吃下去絕對是滿滿的幸福感!Arancini Tikki Chaat薯仔🥔球炸得很酥脆,旁邊上配上一些鷹嘴豆,味道帶微微的辣味~挺好吃的!Sticky Toffee Pudding店員會在面前淋上toffee醬,打卡拍照📷絕對一流!雪糕是雲尼拿味道,配上拖肥布甸🍮一起吃,冰涼的感覺立刻湧現!Punjabi Lassi (Mango)甜味適中~很濃郁的芒果🥭香味,感覺猶如在吃楊枝甘露hahaMocktail (Masala chai Punch)有淡淡得茶香味,表面放上cinnamon,記得放在飲品一起吃,會慢慢散發出肉桂香味~ continue reading
