錦繡球黑椒和牛酥:
呢個係一個藝術品,錦繡球是兩種麵條織出黎,食落入口酥脆,餡料是醬汁及少少黑椒味的和牛碎,有牛肉味有酥香味,整體是好吃,但對比同時上檯的龍蝦春卷,佢就有少少失色。

海苔龍蝦春卷:
使用薄身的waffle脆皮做春卷外層,食落更脆口之餘又減少少油淰淰感覺,口感亦有少少雪糕脆筒。春卷內餡是海苔香的龍蝦膠,襯托出龍蝦味更濃味更香口。

娘惹香辣咸水角:
精緻的蘋果造型,但缺少了以往裝飾可食用的葉子墊底襯托,換了普通的青瓜🥒,對打卡來講有點可惜,口感煙韌餡料同普遍咸水角差唔多。

百花臘味荔芋脆多士(季節限定):
一上檯佢個芋頭同臘味香味震驚了日我,非常香噴噴。食落外皮酥脆內餡是臘肉臘腸切粒,配上芋泥清香味。連伴碟的黑豆亦經過烘焙可以😌食用。

金腿蛋白龍蝦餃:
金華火腿同龍蝦味唔係好濃,食完飯龍蝦春卷食佢令佢失色唔少。

碧綠帶子餃:
我開頭以為食錯了,點解會有蝦味😯,佢用蝦、帶子、時令蔬菜製成。

酸菜鱈魚餃:
有酸有辣口感,內餡有魚肉..又有蝦肉味(是我壞了嗎😲),食落去會有一剎那的辛辣感之後有點回甘,真的幾好吃。

筍尖蝦餃:
蝦餃外型飽滿,用數隻蝦加嫰筍整成蝦膠,皮薄餡靚。

竹炭麻辣雞粒荔茸酥:
竹炭外皮非常酥脆,但竹炭味有點蓋過雞肉味。

臘味糯米包(季節限定):
外型較大,味道同香氣同正常的臘味糯米包一樣。😅

最後還有杏仁曲奇及咖啡糕甜品各一件(免費),整餐點心幾好食,店員服務亦貼心,亦見洪師傅間中出黎謝票,整體感覺幾好,下次會再嚟試下小菜😈。

熊貓壽桃的賣相很可愛。裏面的蓮蓉甜而不膩。

這間米芝蓮餐廳絕對是你想再次光顧又再光顧的星級餐廳。
煙燻滷水鴨肝:是不能不吃的特選菜式。以煙燻和滷水的方式烹調鴨肝,呈現出深沉的香氣和豐富的口感。鴨肝的質地軟嫩,入口即化,配上微微的煙燻味道,讓人回味無窮。
星斑金魚餃:鮮味嫩滑的星斑搭配著金魚形狀的餃子皮,既美觀又可愛。餡料裡加入蔬菜和香料,口感豐富,融合了海鮮和蔬菜的風味。餃子皮煎至金黃酥脆,非常美味。
黑椒錦繡和牛酥,羊肚菌燒賣,松茸上素餃:這三合一的點心賣相精緻,口感豐富特別。和牛酥外皮酥脆,內裡肉質嫩滑,配上黑椒醬汁更加美味;羊肚菌燒賣餡料豐富,口感鮮美;松茸上素餃則是以香菇、紅蘿蔔等蔬菜為餡,清新爽口。三款點心各有特色。
西班牙叉燒配果醋海蜇頭:西班牙叉燒搭配著果醋海蜇頭,呈現出經典的中西融合風味。叉燒肉質鮮嫩多汁,果醋海蜇頭則帶有一點微酸的口感,兩者相輔相成,味道十分獨特。
青海苔魚湯白玉龍躉皮:這道湯品以青海苔和魚湯為基礎,加上白玉龍躉皮煮成。湯汁濃郁鮮美,玉龍躉皮口感滑嫩,和湯汁完美融合。湯品清淡爽口。

我們一行四人晚上往「潤」朝聖。這間米芝蓮粵菜餐廳的室內設計充滿歐陸風格,我們坐在近窗的圓枱,窗外的夜景進入眼簾,既舒適又優雅。首先是鹵水煙燻鵝肝,煙燻的鵝肝質地柔軟,口感豐富,搭配鹵水的調味,淡淡的煙燻香味,更加突出了鵝肝的風味。接下來頭盤。黑椒和牛酥和西班牙叉燒:和牛肉質柔軟,口感豐富,搭配黑椒的調味更加香濃;西班牙叉燒則是口感酥脆,外皮酥香,內裡肉質鮮嫩多汁。果醋海蜇頭:這是一道非常清爽的涼菜,海蜇頭口感爽脆,加上果醋的酸味,很開胃。之後奉上原個椰皇海帶燉鮑魚。椰汁的香味和海帶的味道非常搭配,鮑魚則是口感鮮嫩,非常美味。接著是乳香燒焗銀鱈魚。乳香的香味非常獨特,銀鱈魚口感嫩滑,非常好吃。還有濃湯瑤柱富貴蝦浸豆苗。這是一道清淡的湯菜,豆苗口感爽脆,搭配瑤柱和蝦子的鮮味,非常美味。繼續有鹽香雞。雞口感鮮嫩多汁,鹽味恰到好處。最後是櫻花蝦烏魚子醬炒飯。櫻花蝦和烏魚子醬的搭配非常好,讓這道炒飯口感豐富。最後有甜品三弄,賣相精緻。一次難忘的米之蓮之約。

最後是櫻花蝦烏魚子醬炒飯。櫻花蝦和烏魚子醬的搭配非常好,讓這道炒飯口感豐富。
最後有甜品三弄,賣相精緻。
一次難忘的米之蓮之約。

埋單$1300,老實講,環境我認為唔錯,枱與枱之間都有合適嘅距離,就算當日都比較多食客,熱鬧之餘又唔會打擾到你,服務亦都做得唔錯,恰到好處,唔會過分熱情,但真係餸菜方面嘅質素我同另一半都係覺得below the average,餐牌方面亦都冇其他中菜廳做到咁多款式,例如如果你唔食海鮮嘅話,其實肉類就係得一隻手數得晒嘅款式去揀。餸與餸之間嘅間場等得太耐,唔知仲以為食緊fine dining,好似食完個豬肋排,就足足等咗成15分鐘個豆腐先黎到。明白每人對於飯餸嘅口味各有不同,但今餐嘅體驗確實係帶黎滿滿嘅失望。我另一半仲話應該將餐廳名改做「伏」先岩。😂本人就唔推薦呢間中菜廳,好過佢嘅大有人在。

Chilled pink pomegranate sago dessert served with thin sliced fruit is refreshing, reminiscent of early Spring.

The bean paste chili sauce was a bonus to complement the diced abalone and shrimp fried rice as well as the braised E-fu noodle with sea cucumber and eggplant.

Without doubt, Run offers the best Cantonese delicacy and finest dining experience!

每次來這間餐廳,都沒有失望,今次也試了新的菜式,依然水準非常之高。這裏的點心固然十分精美,最靚仔的是星班餃,簡直像圖畫一樣的池塘和金魚,見到都叫人開心。另外有脆脆腸粉,很美味。小菜方面,試了一個新的菜式,山椒炒山瑞,亦試椰子鮑魚燉湯,都很美味。還有脆鱔蒸陳村粉,烏魚子炒飯和糯米包都很美味,滿足的一餐! 餐廳的服務亦很好,洗手間十分寬敞,老人家大讚👍但作為一間五星級酒店,對輪椅的配套不算完善,可謂美中不足。
