OVERALL: spacious & calm environment with a nice selection of vegetarian & non-vegetarian dimsum, Ru is a good choice for family gatherings in Tsuen Wan West area. You can expect to have decent quality dim sum everytime you go 😁

DISHES:
🫔Crispy bean curd rolls - this vegetarian dimsum is not as common in chinese restos, nice & crisp, with every bite you can taste the layers of bean curd. Great pairing with a sweet & sour sauce 😋

🧈Deep-fried tofu - perfectly fried with the fried layer super flavourful & thin. Recommended! 💯

🍄Steamed black truffle & wild mushroom dumplings - full of flavours and texture, but the dumpling skin easily fell apart so need to be careful😅

🌰Baked pudding with chestnut puree - quite disappointed with this, the pudding was in a more solid form and puree didn’t taste great 👎🏻

🍮Steamed red date pudding with ginger - pretty yum and chewy, but would be better if the ginger taste was stronger😋

本人打電話致電酒店訂位確認10:30 4大2小及查詢有關洒店泊車事宜,當時職員回答已訂位及有消費代客泊服務。惟本人擔心冇車位再次打電話查詢,酒店職員仍然表示沒有問題。當我們到達酒店泊入停車場後到如 取位時,食肆職員表示沒有接到任何訂枱消息。但他們打開電話短訊時確實有我們預約的消息。當時負責帶枱的經理竟然回覆現在沒有枱,完全沒有諗過解決問題。冇諗過酒店既服務竟然如此惡劣,仲衰過普通酒樓。我2個大人2個老人家同2個幼兒於是就離開。講真你請我食都食唔落。

本人打電話致電酒店訂位確認10:30 4大2小及查詢有關洒店泊車事宜,當時職員回答已訂位及有消費代客泊服務。惟本人擔心冇車位再次打電話查詢,酒店職員仍然表示沒有問題。

當我們到達酒店泊入停車場後到如 取位時,食肆職員表示沒有接到任何訂枱消息。但他們打開電話短訊時確實有我們預約的消息。當時負責帶枱的經理竟然回覆現在沒有枱,完全沒有諗過解決問題。冇諗過酒店既服務竟然如此惡劣,仲衰過普通酒樓。我2個大人2個老人家同2個幼兒於是就離開。講真你請我食都食唔落。

黃沙豬潤腸,這點心通常是酒店的中菜廳才可吃到,今次見到有供應也叫了一碟,豬潤爽滑甘甜,每件腸粉內都包了一片豬潤,腸粉皮不過厚,真材實料,吃得滿意。還有兩條菜心伴碟,菜心嫩綠易吃沒有渣。

瑤柱珍珠雞,大大隻,糯米晶瑩濕潤,口感煙煙韌韌卻不黏牙,瑤柱肉碎冬菇和醬汁混合味道合適。

總的來說,點心做得不錯,在酒店吃到38元一碟點心算便宜。
