今日lunch time去了食長板燒,叫了兩個lunch set,lunch set均有配搭和風沙律和腐皮味噌湯。三文魚子海膽丼,大大塊厚切三文魚,海膽色澤橙黃,無黑邊,入口即化,無苦澀味,魚子亦都鮮甜,非常推薦!原條鰻魚定食鰻魚上桌時非常吸睛,真係好大條,魚身非常厚,皮脆肉嫩,表面刷滿甜醬汁,而且選用的日本珍珠米,粒粒分明且吸滿鰻魚醬汁。另外,見到現在做優惠$188串燒套餐,所以都想試!套餐有雞皮、雞翼、明太子玉瓜、蘋果卷、椰菜仔卷、虎蝦卷,我超喜歡他們的雞皮和雞翼,和外面有所不同,是超級香脆,問了店員才知道,原來他們是用了18小時風乾手法,真是超我預期的好味,套餐仲有包梅酒,梅酒酸甜順口,配搭串燒一流!總括而言,餐廳環境真的好有日本的風味,而且食物非常新鮮,尤其是串燒令我非常驚喜!
