今日lunch time去了食長板燒,叫了兩個lunch set,lunch set均有配搭和風沙律和腐皮味噌湯。三文魚子海膽丼,大大塊厚切三文魚,海膽色澤橙黃,無黑邊,入口即化,無苦澀味,魚子亦都鮮甜,非常推薦!原條鰻魚定食鰻魚上桌時非常吸睛,真係好大條,魚身非常厚,皮脆肉嫩,表面刷滿甜醬汁,而且選用的日本珍珠米,粒粒分明且吸滿鰻魚醬汁。另外,見到現在做優惠$188串燒套餐,所以都想試!套餐有雞皮、雞翼、明太子玉瓜、蘋果卷、椰菜仔卷、虎蝦卷,我超喜歡他們的雞皮和雞翼,和外面有所不同,是超級香脆,問了店員才知道,原來他們是用了18小時風乾手法,真是超我預期的好味,套餐仲有包梅酒,梅酒酸甜順口,配搭串燒一流!總括而言,餐廳環境真的好有日本的風味,而且食物非常新鮮,尤其是串燒令我非常驚喜! continue reading

我黎左呢間位於旺角嘅日本餐廳長阪燒食左個豐盛既Omakase,呢間日本餐廳佈局好日系居酒屋feel,有bar枱同卡位,我個人中意坐bar 枱,可以一邊食一邊睇住廚師製作料理長阪豐盛席間料理(12品)呢個Omakase Set 可以食到刺身、茶碗蒸、海膽、煮物、燒物等等12道菜✨真係滿足既一餐前菜有燒拖羅同埋生蠔,燒拖羅有好香既魚香味,生蠔都重蠔味,好想食多幾隻刺身食到大拖羅同海膽,大拖羅油脂分布平均,上面仲有淡雪鹽,海膽有鮮味,係新鮮既食材呢到既茶碗蒸造型真係好得意,好似用一個鳥巢嘅容器裝住茶碗蒸,放上蒸蛋同海膽,滑蛋口感嫩滑燒物有令我驚喜係燒龍蝦,平時我都好中意食龍蝦,龍蝦入面仲食到有膏,成隻起左啲肉出黎食大大啖肉好正天婦羅有炸帶子同炸椎茸,炸得好脆但又唔會厚粉最後甜品有紅豆水信玄餅,晶瑩剔透外觀,口感似蒟蒻串燒系列我都叫左佢好多款燒物!有燒椰菜仔、燒卷蝦、燒蘋果卷、燒雞皮、燒雞翼仲有明太子燒翠玉瓜!串燒用薄薄嘅豚肉去包住,但都唔會蓋過左原本蔬菜同蘋果嘅味道,明太子好好咁帶出翠玉瓜既味道,燒雞皮做過風乾脆卜卜,卷蝦炸得酥脆,串燒好有日式既味道! continue reading
