抱住戰戰兢兢嘅心情嚟呢度食嘢,因為始終新開,見佢價錢又唔算特別平,原來質素超好果然係蘑菇煮打,而且服務態度非常之好 198嘅海鮮餐 好似好豐富,不過其實材料不多 而且唔會配飯或者唔會飽 鮑魚極新鮮好味其他嘅兩個海鮮都不好吃 板蘭根菜超正,皮蛋麻麻哋好食 蘑菇同埋薯仔都幾特別 雞係靚雞,不過細細隻唔會話好多肉個湯真係超正極濃郁嘅雜菇味原來仲有一啲前菜同埋兩款水果任食,今日係西瓜同埋金,個金超甜 問吓佢有冇糖水佢話冇好誇張🤣🤣鮑魚肉埋得好少咋另外$66嘅炒飯超抵!勁大兜,而且好香濃有少少火腿粒😍🥰呢個雲耳刺身有少少貴,不過食落去似係北寄貝刺身之類好有趣呢個飯太辣整體而言環境同服務超好 食物質素都出色,特別係菇 不過如果要再嗌就貴啲啦食完仲有得dand生果,圈中咗可以拎返屋企好過癮 continue reading

蘑界開到嚟香港啦😯,唔使上去深圳都食到真係好方便☺️,所以特登喺九龍去沙田試下沙田嘅店舖、坐地鐵或者巴士都好方便,舖頭係正一田隔離所以都好容易搵到,而加開張又有活動玩小遊戲☺️!高原野生菌土雞湯另外一定要叫份文昌雞、用嘅山林土雞湯配文昌雞、用咗墨脱石鍋健康又衞生、同埋天然野生菌係雙重雞嘅鮮味、整款湯每一日現熬嘅湯底、所以雞湯比平時濃厚帶點生菌香味😚有營養又健康!刺身金耳菌呢個金耳菌真係好正,賣相金黄通透睇得吓😍、真係好似食緊日本刺身,都算係健康嘅刺身、顏色吸引食到入口口感都幾爽😙!四季雙拼菌有黃牛同美味牛肝菌兩款,同時間食到兩款牛肝菌,感覺都唔錯幾特別,配埋個雞湯入哂味仲香😚真的唔錯之選!麻醬甄選千層肚呢個係一款凍食嚟嘅,直接加個麻醬嚟食味道都幾香口、千層肚口感爽脆味道都唔錯😋!鮮切三花趾每一隻牛得好少呢一個部位🤔、所以叫嚟食都係一個唔錯嘅選擇、梳化自己質地比較煙韌有啲爽脆嘅質感、我覺得都唔錯值得試吓🤭!鮮滷牛腱肉鮮滷豬耳鮮椒溏心皮蛋呢幾款都係大小小辣嘅食物、味道都唔錯、夏天胃口唔係咁好、入口帶點微辣口感、所以叫呢啲小食都幾好又醒胃😚!火腿野生菌炒飯之前係深圳食過,覺得都唔錯所以今次再點嚟食。呢個份量都幾多所以可以同朋友去一齊食,鹹香味十足野生菌爽脆,炒飯質地油潤粒粒口感,所以都幾香口又好食😋!手打檸檬茶呢度嘅檸檬茶都幾大杯,望落去啲顏色都幾深色、飲落口茶味都幾濃厚又唔會覺得好澀口,感覺有種回甘味道、夏天飲番杯凍飲真係幾爽😚!七彩土豆板藍根香水油麥菜食火鍋點可以唔嗌菜呢,所以叫咗呢幾款、呢幾款係朋友推介我食落都覺得唔錯,板藍根唔係度度都有得食☺️,望見賣相有啲似菜心,但個質感比菜心仲爽脆! continue reading

成日返大陸嘅,一定有食過呢間,就算冇食過都一定見過佢排隊嘅盛況,估唔到香港都開咗啦,選址沙田新城市廣場,真係非常方便,大家唔使返去排隊啦😍😍😍佢係全國首家野生菌專門店,以「自然健康+沈浸式養生體驗」為核心,所以喺深圳人氣一直高企👍🏻佢以高原野生菌為主,用墨脫石鍋打造嘅火鍋。佢仲有款野生菌可以當刺身食,叫做金耳菌,口感真係好特別,一定要試嚇。呢個高原野生菌土雞湯底,真係非常鮮甜,我哋再加入四季菌雙拼同埋新一代見手青,冚蓋再煮幾分鐘,之後再加入土雞,再煮幾分鐘,就可以飲湯啦😍職員好好,會幫我哋校定鬧鐘,鬧鐘響咗佢哋又會過嚟幫手放食材落去,咁嘅服務真係以為自己返咗大陸☺️飲完湯之後就可以食雞同埋菇,隻雞真係好嫩滑,配上佢嘅靈魂醬汁,真係唔係講笑,呢個醬汁真係好好味,配任何食材都啱👍🏻唔同嘅菇又唔同嘅味道同口感,當然都離唔開一個鮮字☺️之後梗係要烚吓貴州鮮切吊龍啦,呢度嘅吊龍肉質特別嫩,而且唔肥,配合呢個湯同埋醬汁非常好味。呢度仲有喺香港好少見嘅高原七彩土豆同埋板蘭根,板蘭根係一種有啲似菜心嘅菜,值得一試。除咗火鍋,佢仲有好多小食,例如呢款鮮鹵牛腱肉同埋鮮鹵豬耳,鍾意食滷水嘅人一定鍾意食,少少辣好滋味。仲有麻醬千層肚、鮮椒糖心皮蛋,兩款都好特別。最後再嚟個火腿野生菌炒飯,真係大滿足。 continue reading

呢間雲南菌菇火鍋真係大開眼界!首先個高原野生菌土雞湯底一上枱就香到暈,飲落去鮮甜到不得了,完全唔係味精湯嗰種死鹹,阿Yan飲咗三碗都話要encore! 重點推介刺身金耳菌真係第一次見菇可以當刺身食,口感爽脆得嚟帶啲清甜,點少少wasabi豉油,味道居然有啲似象拔蚌,超驚喜!仲有新一代見手青,店員好細心教我哋點淥先安全,煮夠15分鐘後食落滑溜溜,帶住陣獨特嘅木香,難怪雲南人為咗佢連命都唔要(笑)。 肉類方面,鮮鹵牛腱肉同麻醬千層肚都係必點!牛腱肉滷得入味又唔韌,千層肚吸晒菌湯嘅精華,再點埋濃郁嘅芝麻醬,食到阿Ken話要追加多份。最後仲嗌咗個,火腿野生菌炒飯,飯粒炒到乾身有鑊氣,仲有啲火腿粒同菇粒,香口到停唔到筷子! 環境方面,成間店裝修得好有雲南風情,坐得舒服,侍應又夠細心,成日過嚟幫我哋加湯同換碟。唯一要彈嘅係鮮鹵豬耳有啲硬,可能我哋掛住影相淥耐咗。整體嚟講,兩個人食到捧住個肚走都係$500左右,喺香港食到咁高質嘅野生菌火鍋,真係好抵食!一定會再嚟試其他季節限定嘅菌菇! continue reading
