🥰 話說 重慶大廈 “七姨” 轉咗 老板, 質素不穩, 自此尋尋覓覓, 今日嚟到位於 重慶大廈 一樓死角 嘅 “珍珠皇宮”. 格局相對高檔, 最緊要坐得舒服, 仲有廣東話服務員, 哈哈.🦐 Prawn masala. $138. 熱焫焫, 呢個就係誠意! 蝦細細隻, 半透明狀態, 滑捋捋, 起碼十隻八隻. 瑪沙拉蕃茄味唔算明顯, 但夠複雜性, 一流! 可以媲美 “七姨”.🍙 Steamed rice, $35. 印度飯, 冇怪味, 完美配合瑪沙拉.🥭 Mango lassi, $42. 芒果味濃郁, 又夠渴身, 完勝!🤗 總結: 食物份量十分慷慨, 一個人食唔晒, 當然定價都唔平. 馬莎拉味道相當優質, 尋尋覓覓, 終於搵到了, 下次再試其他咖喱.😱 後記: 用餐當日上咗 “七姨”, 諗住俾多次機會, 眼見一台客, 我坐低咗幾分鐘, 都見唔到服務員, 算了! continue reading

好耐冇嚟重慶食咖喱,大廈門口嘅印度職員依然係咁熱情😅如果你未去過嘅,可能覺得無從入手,但係其實你只要喺OpenRice揀定一間,去到大廈門口show俾佢哋睇,餐廳負責人就會行過嚟帶你入去😁👍🏻今次嚟到1樓嘅「珍珠皇宮印度餐廳」,紫色調嘅閃令令牆身好有印度feel👳🏿‍♀️嚟到發現唔止有印度客人,仲有勁多香港同埋外國客人,所以未食已經好期待啦✨印度脆米球 Paani Poori ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️終於試咗呢個印度街頭小食脆波波,成日睇印度片都有介紹呢個波波,原來綠色嘅醬汁係酸酸地,有少少薄荷味同唔少得嘅masala香料,食嘅時候將醬汁倒入個波波到,波波入面已經有啲餡料喺度,加埋醬汁擺落口一咬落去有爆炸嘅感覺,味道好豐富好得意,又真幾好味喎😍馬莎拉咖哩羊 Lamb Masala ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️每次食印度咖喱我都必點masala羊,個人覺得masala真係好啱香港人口味,香料味重又唔會太辣!呢度嘅羊肉好腍好易咬,加咗落咖喱到唔會食到酥味,我俾100分呀‼️椰汁咖喱魚 Goan Fish Curry ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️對比起嚟呢個辣味更溫和,食到少少酸味所以好開胃,無骨魚塊份量好多,朋友同我口味唔同,佢比較鍾意呢款咖哩👍🏻蒜蓉烤餅 Garlic Naan ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️一客有3塊,蒜蓉味唔會太重,但比起原味naan會更惹味,鍾意食濃味就一定要揀蒜味,或者其實芝士味都正架😁炸餅 Bhatura ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️呢個又係第1次點,原來係咁大個炸波波,打卡一流😯相比起naan佢會比較薄脆,每次搣少少用嚟配咖喱食perfect🤤芒果奶昔 Mango Lassi ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️一坐低諗都唔駛諗,即叫2杯mango lassi🤗甜甜嘅mango lassi濃郁杰身,真係超好飲,食印度野一定要飲返杯👍🏻 continue reading
