今晚終於約佐幾個舊同事出街聚聚,去旺角試佐呢間新開嘅潮州菜餐廳。朋友之前同我講過,話呢間抵食又舒服,座位設計好有氣氛,於是我同幾個兄弟一於試吓。入到去,環境真係唔錯,裝修現代又唔失傳統feel,仲有個開放式廚房,睇到廚房師傅忙緊,感覺好親切。。我哋一坐低就叫咗例牌嘅滷水鵝,$138一碟,份量真係驚喜到我!待應放低碟時,我仲忍唔住問咗一句:「呢個係例牌份量?」因為實在太誇張,除咗鵝肉,仲有豆腐同花生,味道滷得入味,鵝皮Q彈,肉質軟滑,花生同豆腐吸咗滷水汁,食落去好滿足。之後我哋再叫咗一碟椒鹽九肚魚,$138,上面灑滿咗炸蒜,香氣一出嚟即刻勾起食慾,魚肉新鮮又脆口,椒鹽調味唔太鹹,配上蒜香真係一流。。主食方面,我哋點咗砂鍋蠔仔粥,$88一窩,熱辣辣嘅砂鍋一上枱,蒸汽同香氣即刻撲鼻,蠔仔新鮮,粥底濃滑,仲有啲芫荽同蒜粒提味,暖胃又唔膩口。食到一半,我同朋友講,呢間真係抵讚,份量同味道都夠晒水準。環境方面,間餐廳有冷氣同吊扇,感覺涼快又舒適,枱同椅設計都好有心思,坐低真係放鬆咗好多。。整體嚟講,呢間餐廳食物質素同環境都令我地滿意。朋友講得啱,呢間潮州菜真係值得一試。食完之後,我哋仲坐咗一陣吹水,時間過得好快。同埋呢刻我先發現原來餐廳優惠食滿$300可以加$8多一碟雜錦拼盤或者韭菜豬紅,但係我哋已經太飽,唯有下次同家人一齊再嚟,試吓其他菜式。Read More
