本以為炸物只係會俾得一種,點知上完軟殼蟹仲有粟米🌽~兩樣都有驚喜!前者伴隨green chilli mayo,除左佢係綠色之外無咩特別亦都唔辣,不過蟹身厚肉🦀,唔係薄切切淨係得炸粉,新鮮即炸超juicy😋!後者雖然食材平淡,但係好考功夫...粟米唔係成舊嚟,係先拆粒再炸,唔知佢點樣將D粟米粒痴反埋一嚿嚿,但係每咬一啖都有粟米香而且唔會油淋淋👏🏻,仲跟4款味粉,分別係七味粉、wasabi鹽、MATCHA鹽,粉紅岩鹽,幾得意不過小編都係鐘意傳統嘅天婦羅汁多D🙈。

當你以為嚟到main dish點知仲有魚🐟!如果唔係個set包左小編係唔會主動order魚頭,不過試完真心愛上🥰~首先個頭真係好大,絶對多肉,做法係日本當地傳統嘅鹽燒技巧🔥,令表面烤至焦脆,佢唔係中菜蒸魚嗰種滑溜溜嘅口感,而係肉質烤到又淋又多汁,再配檸檬汁令人回味🤤。

終於嚟到重頭戲🤩~鍋飯賣相好啱打卡,蔥絲舖面,鱈場蟹拆肉加魚籽感覺矜貴💎。店員會主動serve你,一路攪D飯一路傳來陣陣香味🤤,因為佢唔係炒飯係鍋飯,質地偏濕潤仲要好濃味,有唔少蟹肉🦀,若然係單點嘅話可以3-4人share都夠~小編最後食唔晒打包反屋企😆....不過真心好味💯!

睇反a la carte價錢,喺呢個地區有反咁上下vibe嘅環境加服務,其實唔算好貴💰,加反條數The Dreamer 呢個set menu仲要抵D🤑,食物超級豐富,尤其係當你以為佢就嚟完嘅時候佢仲不停咁上緊野食,CP值高👏🏻。食物質素方面好幾樣都留有深刻印象,但若然係單點,小編唔會order maki🙈,留反個胃品嚐精緻料理!

love the idea of adding toasted rice to the beef tataki to give some crunchiness. //more cucumber puree is needed to make it more complex. //avocado in the spicy tuna maki make it taste super creamy. //4 types of salt/powder could be added in the tempura and matcha powder was the best pair with sweet corn. //Soft shell crab was super crispy. //Hamachi was the best dish of the meal, perfectly grilled, super fresh and juicy. //wagyu kamameshi was a bit too soggy and seasoning could be a bit more. //Matcha lava was my all time fav in honjo but this time it was slightly a bit overcooked. //mocktail was a bit disappointed as well. //the ambiance and staff are very nice tho!

呢到環境好正,日本餐廳,但係裝修係偏西式一d,到到都係打卡位。環境好,服務好,價錢都好合理,呢個Tasting menu好多野食。

整體成餐飯都好滿意, 環境同野食都好有質素, 侍應們都好有禮貌, 非常推介! 😍

可能小妹孤陋寡聞喇,之前記得就一直未食過粟米嘅天婦羅,咁呢一次呢就係一個好好嘅開始,估唔到原來粟米天婦羅係會咁好食嘅,咁餐廳提供呢一度菜嘅時候呢亦都有提供四個唔同嘅粉喇,一共有四種粉,你可以選擇你最喜歡分別有海鹽、辣椒粉、芥末鹽食,個感覺有少少似食緊shake shake粟米。哈哈,真的超喜歡。

🦀 軟殼蟹天婦羅 soft shell crab
配青辣椒沙律醬及野菜的軟殼蟹天婦羅,炸後甘甘香香,內裡軟殼蟹嘅蟹肉鮮嫩可口,食起來好過癮。

以日本當地傳統的鹽燒方式將表層微烤至焦脆,肉質鮮嫩多汁。整體其實係唔錯嘅,但係我自己覺得有少少真係鹹得滯,不過呢個可能係整法所限啦,未算話愛不釋手,不過瑕不掩瑜🤣

🥩和牛釜飯 Wagyu(牛里脊、溫泉蛋🥚松露醬油)
呢一度菜飯量比較大份量較大⚠️一上枱啲香氣簡直可以令人上天堂😳諗返氣都流晒口水!好彩嘅係整餐飯嘅最後一個主菜,咁好味之下,雖然份量好多,但我地都有食曬佢🤤

🍵抹茶熔岩 Mocha lava(white chocolate 🍫vanilla ice cream 🍨蕎麥餅乾)
到最後呢個甜品係估唔到咁出色,我想出好耐應該點形容佢,『神奇、頂級、超卓』,如同如一位魔術師,總能從感覺不可能的地方抽一隻白兔出來,一道如此出色的甜品竟出現在日式料理店內實在令人意想不到,甚至乎我認為值得專誠為之而來,極度推薦。
