今日去開太子,經過甜品店門口,見到有張好耀眼嘅甜品相,相中係一碗開心果西米露。果仁之中計夏威夷果仁外,我最鐘意食就係開心果,以前一得閒,就會自己親自動手整西米露,但最近好忙,所以無整好來啦!今日門口見嗰張開心果西米露嘅相,望落好似幾好味,於是入去試吓。等咗幾分鐘,厨房好快就整好放喺我枱面,呢次係我人生第一次食嘅開心果西米露,試一啖係我鐘意嗰種稠度,面頭灑上似乎係炒過嘅開心果碎,啖啖嘅開心果味,同煙韌嘅西米露融為一體,口感濃滑軟糯而不過甜,我呢個開心果迷,食完感覺心情大好。 continue reading
