This rare Kyushu authentic Robatayaki in Hong Kong is helmed by a Fukuoka master chef with 30 years of premium Robatayaki experience. Ingredients are air-freighted directly from Kyushu, featuring must-try dishes like “Kagoshima Nozaki Wagyu Sirloin Salt Grill,” “Nagasaki Tairajima Red-Eyed Nodokuro” and the uncommon “Semi-Dried Chicken Wings”. The chef’s handmade “Tenjin Pudding” served with lemon and coarse salt, offers a unique creamy texture with a salty-sweet blend. Signature appetizers are well worth trying, freshly crafted with daily-delivered Kyushu ingredients and featuring a rotating menu! 最近睇新聞的話題成日講今年開始,日本地震機率非常高,攪到有啲驚,唔敢去日本旅行,真係有啲慘慘豬的感覺😮‍💨。不過朋友就介紹左尖沙咀有間爐端燒由日本人主理,有很多博多美食,今晚去品嚐啊😋。前菜:明太子薯仔沙律-將薯仔切片配上九州名物明太子仲有脆粟米片,食落爽口清新又脆卜卜😋。凍辛辣豆腐配上乾蔥及大量脆米粒,食落口好嫩但又有韓式辛辣的刺激又脆口的感覺🤟🏻。冷蕃茄-很簡單的一個前菜,就係夠新鮮❤️。食完前菜就到主角出場啦,真正嘅九州博多名物 - 牛腸鍋(もつ鍋)香港真係第一次見到有牛腸鍋食。二人前的牛腸鍋份量都幾多😋有口福啦😚首先牛腸好乾淨,食落口彈下彈下咁,又肥又嫩😋,口感好正🙌,加上個湯味道濃郁,韭菜椰菜同豆腐都吸晒湯的精華❤️非常滿足,食到咁上下加個日本生麵,正正正。很有以前去福岡旅行時食牛腸鍋的感覺🙂‍↕️🙏🏻。最後甜品係梅枝餅、和風雪糕批😋,我記得以前去福岡太宰府有食過,好味😋。食餐飯有咁多日本旅行回憶真係開心🥳。encore🤟🏻 continue reading

聽講尖沙咀近佐敦果邊有間新嘅爐端燒,而且係咁博多嘅師傅主理,應該都會喺香港食到日本風味。因為想睇住主廚煮,所以就坐咗喺吧枱,有個透明板隔住嘅open kitchen。因為食得太多野,輕輕點評幾款我覺得比較特別嘅~蠑螺 $156@2食落唔會太硬,帶有小小調味,食落去更加鮮甜。和牛重辦胃燒 $128係博多牛腸鍋嘅變奏版,本身牛腸好肥美,而老公司令到佢增添咗一份惹味。和牛舌芋絲月見 $68沙律雞肉香味大根 $58築前煮 $48明太子冷烏冬 $148明太子係辛口,帶小小辣度,襯埋烏冬好夾。天神布甸 $48呢個比較特別,有一邊係有一片檸檬。仲有啲雪花鹽,撈埋變成一個又有少少酸,又有少少酸又有小小鹹嘅醬。同布甸一齊食個味道都幾特別。 continue reading

近排經常聽到日本將會大地震的新聞,都不敢去旅行了,所以在香港了一間由日本人擔任主廚的爐端燒餐廳,一解思鄉之愁。筑前煮💕材料豐富,有牛蒡、紅蘿蔔、蓮藕、冬菇及蒟蒻等等,鹹甜有度的醬汁滲入每樣食材當中,吃起來十分入味。蕃茄芫茜沙律💕口感清新,可以先開開味蕾。紅酒燉牛舌💕入口軟腍,紅酒醬汁味道濃郁。雞翼一夜干💕雞皮乾身香脆,雞肉嫩滑略帶咸香。長崎雲仙火腿💕 味道甘香,炭火香氣十足。餃子魚卷💕外層金黃酥脆,裡面藏餡料,口感軟綿綿。博多豚腩肉卷萬能蔥💕豚腩肉包著萬能蔥,大大的一卷,賣相吸引,肉汁加上蔥香,實在太香口了!久留米豬肋骨條💕外層焦香微脆,肉質軟嫩不柴,醬汁香濃入味。博多燒茄子💕肉質軟腍,焦香滿滿。高知土佐甘長唐辛子💕味道清甜微辛。鰻魚蒸籠飯💕第一次吃蒸的鰻魚飯,鰻魚肉質軟嫩,鰻魚的味道滲入米飯中,吃起來更鮮香。天神布丁💕布丁十分滑溜,入口即化。梅枝餅💕紅豆燒餅外層酥脆,內層滿滿紅豆餡,甜而不膩。 continue reading

真係俾佢門口嗰塊電子屏幕所吸引,再加上地震吹到越來越大,唯有留喺香港消費。✨前菜日本嘅前菜同韓國大大不同,今次試咗其中三款:新鮮蕃茄、金平根菜、白滝酢~蕃茄多汁鮮甜,可以點上少少嘅鹽份更衝擊味蕾;金平根菜大師傅自家烹調,整體嘅芝麻味道非常之香口,亦都好喜歡蓮藕嘅爽身;白滝酢完全唔知咩嚟,原來係師傅用咗牛油炒和芋絲以及魚糕,再一次品嚐到黎自九州嘅家鄉味道。✨牛腸鍋最典型嘅博多名物,牛腸鍋非常之大煲,廚師更加親自過嚟介紹!裡面放有肥美鮮嫩的牛腸、加上燉煮到軟嫩嘅韭菜、豆腐、椰菜!裏面除咗有大量嘅韭菜、椰菜之外,牛腸偏向肥身但亳無臭味,反而做得特別滋香。湯底亦都越滾越香,最後少不了一個日式拉麵,朔晒啲精華。✨甜品太宰府名物梅枝餅、天神布丁,兩款都係餐廳自家製作,梅餅好解膩,外皮帶點酥口,內裡煙靭加上澎湃嘅紅豆餡真係天衣無縫!而天神布丁更加係傑出之作,布丁滑捋捋,蛋香香盛,加上適量檸檬汁同薄鹽,瞬間有檸檬慕絲嘅感覺,特別又好食✨巨峰燒酎、紀州梅梳打你得日本餐廳當然唔少得啤返杯,燒酎相當容易入口,而梳打更加係令我鍾情,梅味特出飲落清爽 continue reading
