好耐沒去Cafe hopping了!這次來到鰂魚涌,選擇了幾年前曾來過的人氣歐陸風藍色拱門Cafe ☕️✨。最深刻的印象是它們的牛角包窩夫🥐,這次當然要再點。點了「雲石墨魚餅海膽汁貝殼粉」。海膽汁微辣🌶️,加了點辣味令醬汁更惹味。墨魚餅原來是墨魚粒,口感煙韌🐙。貝殼粉很掛汁,但個人更偏好餐廳以前用意大利麵的搭配🍝「慢煮牛頰肉配野菜短通粉」的牛肉煮得軟嫩,份量也很合理🥩 醬汁類似南瓜汁🎃,扁通粉同樣很掛汁,但野菜不算有很多🥬牛角包窩夫與品牌fifty fifty合作。一看到餐牌,就被「挪威焦糖芝士牛角包窩夫」所吸引✨塗滿焦糖醬的窩夫上面還有忌廉芝士和大量的芝士碎🧀窩夫外脆內軟,加了芝士碎為cream cheese增添了淡淡的鹹香味,下次都要試試其他口味呢😍此外,這間cafe是pet friendly🐾 室外座位有不少帶著狗狗的主人和寵物用餐🐶❤️這次點了 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲 𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱⟡‧₊ 雲石墨魚餅海膽汁貝殼粉 Marble Squid Cake with Sea Urchin Sauce $138⟡‧₊ 慢煮牛頰肉配野菜短通粉 Slow-cooked Beef Cheek with Short Pasta $108⟡‧₊ 挪威焦糖芝士牛角包窩夫Norwegian Caramel Cheese Croissant Waffle⟡‧₊ Super fruit (洛神花,黑加侖子,蔓越苺及藍莓) $38⟡‧₊ Cleanse (綠茶,香茅,薑,牛蒡根,椰子,蒲公英葉,金盞花及檸檬皮)$38 continue reading
