放題火鍋選擇好多,《淥鼎記》係吃過的眾多放題之中,remark是既美味又滿意!前菜小食一點都不嗎呼,豬手粒粒很好吃。接著送上的刺身拼盤,有大蝦、帆立貝等⋯都很新鮮!真的令人驚喜!第一道菜因為朋友不能吃辣,選擇了椰子雞鍋,第二個驚喜襲來!湯頭鮮甜到不得了,令嗜辣的我也吃得滋味!主角火鍋,都是以不辣為主,選擇了花膠美人鍋。隨餐的海鮮拼盤很豪氣,有鮑魚、帶子、海蝦、沙白、生蠔⋯全部都新鮮!味美!還有凍櫃內的各式蔬菜、丸類、水魷⋯選擇很是豐富!飲品也多!最後甜品以「哈更大師」作結!朋友相聚吃吃喝喝聊上一晚,真的很爽!下次聚會也會再來! continue reading

早兩日約咗老友見面,佢好鐘意飲茶,特意帶佢去呢間淥鼎記,之前我夜晚食過覺得有質素。呢到好特別,除左傳統中式點心,仲有唔少新穎點心可選擇,再犀利d係佢連壽司都有得食,而且食物係好味道,唔會話因為做多幾種系列就求求其。紙醉金迷蝦餃皇(2件)蝦餃中央畫上一道金色裝飾,望落真係升級左😅,餡料飽滿,蝦肉彈牙新建,皮薄又唔會蒸到過龍。太極黑糖馬拉糕貌相又係好靚,太極圖案夠晒吸睛,2個太極圖案可以分開食,都幾得意!馬拉糕口感鬆軟,整體唔會太甜,有傳統味道,好食。春風得意腸粉 紅色腸粉皮包住鮮蝦春卷,腸粉滑溜,唔會太厚,煙煙韌韌。春卷仍然保持香脆,蝦肉彈牙。鳳爪排骨飯排骨又滑又淋,豉香同蒜蓉混合剁碎後,香味好出。鳳爪入味,有咬口,配埋蒸飯一齊食,經典好滋味。蠔皇叉燒包又係經典點心之一,飽鬆軟,餡料好多,唔會太甜,蒸嘅時間岩岩好火候,讚。粟米沙律腐皮壽司,玉子壽司,牛油果鰻魚卷,全部都係我鐘意食嘅,份量好多,都幾大件,而且係同係日式餐廳食嘅一樣,有質素,正!呢到除左壽司仲有丼飯,又要酸菜魚,真係唔止食點心咁簡單。 continue reading

同屋企人間唔中都會嚟呢度飲茶,覺得佢哋做點心比大部份酒樓都好食,而且服務態度點參方式等等都比較多啲好啲!魚肚鴨腳扎 🦆🐟這道菜結合了魚肚的鮮美和鴨腳的豐富口感。魚肚滑嫩,吸收了湯汁的鮮香,鴨腳則富有嚼勁,增添了層次感。整體味道清新潮州蒸粉果(4件) 🍤🥟皮薄餡多,裡面包裹著鮮蝦和豬肉的餡料,口感鮮嫩。粉果蒸製後透明透亮,點啲辣油超級正五年陳皮牛肉球(3球) 🍖🌿芫荽味突出,帶有獨特的香氣和微微的苦味。內部鮮嫩多汁,咬下去時肉汁四溢,口感十分滿足芋絲百花腐皮卷 🥔🌸外層裹著嫩滑的腐皮,口感輕盈。每一口都能感受到芋絲的綿密與腐皮的柔韌,搭配一些清淡的醬汁,炸得唔油鳳爪排骨飯 🍚🍖這道鳳爪排骨飯的鳳爪軟嫩入味,排骨則香氣四溢。米飯吸收了肉汁,味道鮮香,加上秘製豉油,非常好味芝麻肉鬆米網腸 🍚🌰裡面包裹著香濃的芝麻肉鬆,口感豐富。肉鬆的香味與米腸的Q彈相得益彰,讓每一口都充滿了驚喜。非常特別。I continue reading

淥鼎記 第一次光顧此店在2021年, 當年的 $338,  事隔四年, $378 (未計加一). 四年間也來過多次, 服務友善, 環境乾淨, 飲品選擇多, 食物的新鮮程度也一直保持.唯獨是開胃前菜的款式愈來愈遜色了, 由地道特式幾小碟, 變了麻辣魚旦. 而食物擺盤依舊細心, 好看, 早期擺盤的器皿氣勢磅礡, 龍頭鳳尾…各樣, 打咭一絶, 時間洗禮這些氣勢磅礡的器皿早已遠去.  先吃主菜, 然後剌身, 再上火鍋海鮮配料及手切牛, 其後就自已掃碼點火鍋配料(40多款), 大堂也有蔬菜雜丸出前一丁各樣任君選擇. 今晚Farewell 王子離巢, 朋友多, 好開飯, 點了三個主菜 成隻雞上, 新鮮大隻, 椰子略嫌不夠香.  藤椒不夠辣,不出味, 魚新鮮嫩滑, 當然自己要好好把握火候,看準時間起筷. 還有一個 魚片滑, 酸菜不酸. 整體三道主菜也不錯, 就是差少少少味道. 隨之而上, 豪華時令刺身, 牡丹蝦, 帶子, 象拔蚌, 三文魚, 新鮮. 再來豪華海鮮拼盤, 有鮑魚, 生蠔, 扇背, 生蝦, 蜆, 配上自選火鍋湯底, 揀了, 湯底愈滾愈香, 有兩三舊豬筒骨, 同事吃得津津有味. 還點了一個 , 味道也不錯. 繼之自行掃碼, 點火鍋配料, 來來去去的都是火鍋配料, 沒有太特別的, 就不說了. 不限時, 沒有壓力, 慢慢細味, 傾之不盡. 祝 王子新工事事順利, 人見人愛. 最後, 來一客Haagen-Dazs 雪糕埋尾, 美好的一頓. continue reading

平日7點幾上到去見到坐爆咁濟,非常之旺場,我地人多餐廳安排左角落頭大圓枱,坐得好舒服,醬料同飲品選擇好多,有水果茶就岩哂我,但可惜拎左一壺之後夜小小餐廳都冇再fill喇😞主食我地揀左椰子雞煲同酸菜魚椰子雞好清甜,可以一試酸菜魚魚肉都唔錯,唔會有腥味,但配料闊寬粉就有一陣怪味冇諗過刺身都有咁多種類,以放題黎講質素同新鮮度都幾好之後就係打邊爐時間,想大讚下個手切肥牛夠高質,份量都唔小,正!海鮮種類都多,但生蠔同扇貝要剝左殼先剝會乾淨d所以食得比較呢hea😆 continue reading
