今晚天氣比上日凍咗好多,好想食火鍋,於是再次幫襯食一人一鍋,自己再食廣島蠔烏冬鍋,夫人食海鮮烏冬鍋及追加一客蟹籽沙律。再者,正所謂食過返尋味,再加兩件八爪魚壽司添。夫人因為生痱滋,所以慷慨地叫我食埋佢個餐嘅炸軟殼蟹,水準依然,外脆內嫩又熱辣辣,所以佢唔敢食就係咁解。至於八爪魚壽司,同樣keep 到水準,八爪魚鮮味豐厚。不得不提,夫人對惠比壽的蟹籽沙律情有獨鍾,每次佢都會追加一客,佢話沙律醬汁味道除有胡麻醬香之餘,汁的濃稠度及份量不多不少,啱晒佢口味,採用的青瓜絲粗幼恰到好處又新鮮,蟹籽入口卜卜脆食得好過癮咁話喎!最後,唔知係咪天氣凍,食咗咁多嘢,仲有胃口,於是再order 多兩件八爪魚壽司先滿足😁

朋友介紹第一次黎,座位舒服,價錢好抵,叫左個牛舌丼,牛舌好淋好入味,另外叫左一個刺身定身,剌身好新鮮,帶子好甜。另外叫左2個小食,一個炸豆腐,一個餃子。👍👍💯仲有2杯特飲,一杯係荔枝青檸梳打,一杯巨峰提子梳打,十幾蚊就有特飲,真係抵。餐廳仲送每人一個沙津,一個味噌湯。沙津D麻酱好好味,個酱仲有得可以買返屋企,一支超大支先$58蚊一支。我買左一支走。味噌湯唔係好咸,我响其他餐廳唔會飲既,尼度我竟然飲晒。會再黎幫襯,又多一間可以成日黎既餐廳。見到隔離檯叫壽喜燒好想試。

無意中發現葵芳竟然有間高質又抵食嘅日料,而家已經成為咗我嘅飯堂,呢度環境舒適,地方大,聚會一流。壽司🍣刺身食材都好新鮮,就算唔好生冷嘢,都有好多其他選擇,有串燒,燒物,鍋物,石鍋飯等等,豐儉由人。今日叫咗最鐘意嘅手握壽司🍣每件都係厚切,鮮味十足,比平時食嘅壽司更加足料,toro入口油香滿溢,吞拿魚蓉份量十足,新鮮魚生與日本米赤醋飯完美融合😋隱藏菜單係日本直送原條魚,可以刺身或者鹽燒,今次揀咗鹽燒,魚肉非常鮮嫩,魚皮焦香,冇過多嘅調味,可以食到食物最原始嘅鮮美,咁大條海魚都係3百零蚊,性價比極高另外叫咗份三文魚牛油果沙律(全份$108,半份$54)三文魚嘅肥美配埋牛油果🥑生菜青瓜絲,爽脆清新,每啖都好滿足葵芳高質日料選擇唔多,以後都會繼續支持小店

首先個生魚片拼盤嘅每一片魚肉都切得恰到好處,口感鮮嫩,入口即化。其次個烤魚嘅魚皮金黃酥脆,內裡的魚肉鮮嫩多汁。搭配的醬平衡了魚肉的油脂,讓整體味道更加層次分明。總結來說,每一口都是對味蕾的極致享受。
