【日式咖哩豬扒飯】在西灣河地鐵站出,行5-6分鐘,在一條橫街不太起眼的位置。主要是做外賣的。起初見無位坐,望完餐牌諗住走,有位女士告訴我們可以去轉角有地方食。朋友和我都點了濃口蘭王和風牛肉飯($65),店員說蘭王和普通和風牛肉飯比較主要係多一隻雞蛋,可以生食的。個米有少少失望,感覺不似日本米,牛肉有少少煮得太老。隻蛋真係好靚,橙紅色,很飽滿。另一位朋友點了日式咖哩豬扒飯($75),等了大約10分鐘,即炸,好脆好熱,豬扒好鬆軟,真心推介。法式清酒煮蜆($70),都好多隻。網上食評推介話無沙,不過我都好小心食,10隻裡面有兩隻有沙。但個湯真係好好飲,好重清酒味,我地差唔多飲晒。店員推介呢兩日開始有關東煮。係逐樣野叫,個價錢可以參考社交平台,因為店員都係用手機 show俾我睇,所以無影相。我地叫左大根,蒟蒻,年糕魚板。個蘿蔔真係好"林"好入味,值得一試。埋單超過$250有隻杯送,個底係富士山,好靚。(限定的,送完就無)另外,我留意到佢地有學生價,呢個時勢生意難做。Respect。 continue reading

喺個巷度隱藏咗間寶藏外賣餐廳。我喺出邊兜咗幾次先知道道原來要轉入個巷仔。裝修好特別,好似日本嗰啲屋台經過坐低飲杯酒嗰種感覺。柚子醋為調味,搭配新鮮的番茄,帶來清爽的口感和獨特的酸甜味道,好開胃。雞軟骨經過特殊處理以確保軟嫩多汁,是一道獨特而美味的菜品。感覺好似有炸過,外皮挺酥脆的,被醬汁包裹着,醬汁微酸,令人食唔停口。以自家制的日式甜咖喱香料火炙鴨胸搭配米飯,帶來濃厚的咖喱香氣和烤鴨胸的鮮嫩口感,是一道豐盛而美味的餐點。鴨胸好厚好嫩滑。將法式清酒煮熟的蛤蜊和烏冬面結合在一起,融合了法式烹飪和意式麵食的風味,散髮出獨特而豐富的味道。 continue reading

講起西灣河美食一定會諗起太安樓,行過少少有間隱世小店,呢條巷平時好少行過,舖面似是間外賣店,轉角橫巷則設有用餐區,認真隱秘!餐廳佈置有不少日式海報及貼紙增添東瀛風,更有個哥斯拉小區。而餐枱以飲品膠盆砌成,幾有特色。① 日式甜咖哩炸豬扒飯 $80② 日式甜咖哩香料火炙鴨胸飯 $80店主以傳統煮法製日式咖喔,用洋蔥,紅蘿蔔,蘋果及水蜜桃熬煮4小時。咖哩味道帶微甜,好拌飯,配料真係食到有水蜜桃。炸豬扒外脆肉嫩,炸粉唔厚,食落唔膩。鴨胸厚切,肉質鮮嫩,而且用香料火炙過十分惹味!好食!③ 法式清酒煮蜆 $80大推!!真材實料,用超過廿隻蜆煮成,蜆肉大隻肥美,清甜帶有酒香,仲有洋蔥同蒜粒,成碗清晒!④ 特製雞軟骨$35好多地方食到既雞軟骨都係軟脆,呢度個雞軟骨有醬汁包住,口感爽脆而不乾,好味。價錢唔算好平民價,但每份食物份量及味道都對得住個價錢 continue reading
