原本好期待呢杯紫薯朱古力,一飲紫薯味唔係好覺有喺度,成杯應該叫凍朱古力,朱古力唔算好苦,算唔錯!

原本book咗位7:30去試吓呢間評價幾好嘅餐廳。適逢父親節,家父鍾意飲酒睇波,所以就揀咗過嚟呢度飲酒食串燒。我哋7:11已經入咗,當時個場唔係好滿,只有幾台客人。我哋落單之後,一個年輕女職員同我哋講幾款嘢食已經冇,曾經問過佢係咪所有白鱔嘅食品都冇佢答我係,所以改咗做完條燒鰻魚,之後就開始無限等待,一杯嘢飲晒,乜嘢都野食都未落肚。等咗半個鐘有嘢食上嚟,係燒帶子,但問題係我哋冇叫過燒帶子,一個年輕男職員同我哋講:「唔係喎,你張單有寫」拎埋張單俾我睇,好明顯連張單都唔係我嘅。都已經知道佢哋搞亂晒單。差唔多40分鐘,上咗三隻燒生蠔,女職員擺低就行開咗,我地好奇,我明明冇叫燒生蠔,但叫咗半打生蠔就影都未見過,女職員先行返轉頭同我哋補充話呢個係book位送嘅。燒生蠔味道唔錯,大隻有海水味,食得出都係新鮮嘅。繼續等待,見其他遲過我地到嘅客人都陸續有嘢食上枱,差唔多50分鐘嘅時候終於上咗一個燒原條鰻魚同炸鱔骨,我已經餓到冇力再講廢話,問佢地明明話已經冇白鱔,點解又會有炸鱔骨上枱。原條燒鰻魚係平時商場會買到叮叮嗰款,咸!勁咸!好薄!白鱔骨係又乾又硬,冇乜調味。等咗超過一個鐘頭,所有嘢食都未上枱,忍唔住

等咗超過一個鐘頭,所有嘢食都未上枱,忍唔住問吓職員係發生乜嘢事,佢問:「請問你哋有咩係未上?」(^_^)我指住枱兩碟魚同佢講「除咗呢兩個乜嘢都未上過」佢哋話幫我了解一下,入咗一陣廚房出返嚟同我講廚房漏單,我立即同職員講:「咁我唔食喇,你同我全部cut晒佢」職員同我講:「唔好意思唔得,因為宜家食物已經入咗爐」 後來家人同我都好嬲,唔明白點解唔可以cut單?我地已經等咗咁耐,然後所有串燒都冇上過。
職員不斷道歉同我哋講,因為今日嘅外賣比較多,所以會有漏單嘅情況。我真係唔係太明白,既然餐廳知道自己應付唔到,點解唔係專注咗做堂食嘅客人先,而係要怪落外賣出唔切,請問我哋點解要體諒?

職員有話free我地一round酒,但係我同家人都好肯定要離開,最終佢哋都有俾我哋cut晒所有未上嘅嘢食。
我相信,呢間嘢啲嘢食質素可能唔會太差,但係今次嘅用餐體驗可以話係歷來最差嘅一次,可以睇得出職員年輕唔熟手,漏單,睇錯嘅情況嚴重,連Final印張單俾我哋睇曾經落過啲咩,都有嘢係漏嘅,做事亦推搪。

環境方面,後面嘅冷氣不停的水,地面係濕嘅好容易跣親人,家父亦比冷氣水滴濕幾次。

預約左8個人食野飲酒去到同我地講依家未有咁多位只可以俾6個位我地 我地有兩個遲入 咁可能唔係睇我地人數而係上一轉客未飲完你唔可以趕客我都接受 咁到隔離幾張枱走左 我地8個人到齊 唔知係咪經理既人過黎講俾唔到咁多張枱我地 真係要坐8人要坐出面 其實隔離已經空左6個位 你要做8個位出黎唔難 想講我網上係預約8個人 你留唔到位俾客就唔該唔好接
