🕴🏻熊妹放假就鐘意帶住阿豬媽周圍覓食,咁先輕鬆自在。📌今次黎到觀塘食中菜,阿豬媽喜歡有派頭的餐廳,《張公子》,聽個名都夠架勢。📌地鐵站一出到駿業街,係電訊數碼大樓3樓,成個場勁大,好似宴會場地咁,目測都可以擺廿圍以上。📌菜式都有好多選擇,有潮州滷水、特式冷盤、時令推介、公子名菜、公子風味、鮑參翅肚、豬牛雞等等,夠哂大眾化口味。火焰菠蘿咕嚕西班牙黑毛豬,$198大路嘅咕嚕肉,又真係第一次見以原個菠蘿上的菠蘿咕嚕肉!仲要加上火焰🔥燃燒,成件事夠晒搶風頭!咕嚕肉肥肉位唔多,肉質唔柴,醬汁酸甜味比例恰當,仲要用上新鮮嘅菠蘿真係大為驚喜,成個菠蘿咁有噱頭唔食得都睇得啦!X.0.醬紅蔥滷肉木桶拌飯,$168木桶都好大一個,入面裝著滿滿的滷肉飯,撈勻後一齊食有少少XO醬嘅辣味,再帶有紅蔥頭嘅蔥油味道,呢個木桶飯做得幾出色👍🏻。避風塘茄子,$98一碟都有七至八件,大大變茄子沾上粉漿落油炸,食落口又唔係好多油喎,最主要係避風塘的炸蒜鋪滿茄子上面一齊食,味道惹味可口,但又有茄子的蔬菜纖維,令到成件事又唔係作為炸物咁邪惡,一個人好容易食到兩三件。豔影大蝦厚多士(六件),$268公子名菜蝦多士,必試!超厚超大的一件,多士經油炸後非常脆口,因為麵包吸油的關係,咬落去會滲出油份,非常邪惡。面頭豐滿嘅蝦肉夠彈牙。加入了酸甜嘅芒果醬汁,這碟招牌菜果然並非浪得虛名。雲南野菌蒸滑雞,$198估唔到一碟普通的家常菜蒸雞又蒸得幾掂喎!雞肉嫩滑得來係滲滿調味汁的味道,帶有陣陣的酒香味,又加入了薑片去除多餘的酒精味,將嘩平凡的菜式可以調味得咁出眾,這道菜好食得出師傅非一般的功架💪🏻。香芋西米露(熱)最後,仲有飯後甜品送,開心🥳。芋頭煲得好綿綿,西米都煮溶了,趁熱食最好味。中國茗茶,$18/位📌環境雅致,仲有裝修華麗的包廂,咁大個場真係好適合大顆兒來聚餐,節日時候慶祝一番。Read More
