朋友外國回來. 想食返潮州嘢. 網上做下功課 睇下現行邊啲值得食. 見到陳儀馨 comment幾好. 訂位試吓可惜 各過其實 完全唔掂坐低就sell我食魚翅. 未試過質素梗係唔會食貴嘢先啦. 叫咗幾種潮州代表嘢1)鹵水鵝三寶 鵝肉/鵝腸/鵝肝 緊合格啦 鹵水味唔夠味2)煎蠔餅 屬於傳統 淋身啲 呢個就幾唔錯3)香酥鵝 完全唔合格 芋頭蓉成寸口. 以為好矜貴 但香酥鴨香酥鵝 就係要薄身先好 4)普寧豆腐 仲話係普寧直送香港. 不知所謂 個脆皮同個豆腐係離身嘅, 個皮 偏韌 豆腐唔係入口溶 有啲似布包豆腐. 懶係特色唔係點鹽水 自家製韭菜蓉醬汁 根本就唔係普寧豆腐 又食唔返潮州菜嘅味道4)兩面黃 呢個炒麵 個底淋 調味太濃 返到屋企仲口乾5)大眼雞凍魚 真係幾大條. 完全冇魚味,不及街邊檔 但係個黃豆醬幾香嘅6)蠔仔粥 勉強合格 冇特別 7)反沙芋 都未炒夠. 感覺好似 糖霜芋頭. 一上菜見到個顏色已經唔掂. 係唯一個芋頭質地幾靚一坐低淨係特別花生已經唔多對版, 鹹酸菜都唔畀一碟四位 咁就千六蚊我們四個都話唔好食. 真係難怪那麼多香港人北上消費 continue reading

四個人,卜枱午市時間去。叫咗古法糯米酥雞$588,魚露浸花甲$198,鵝三寶$298👌🏻,金不換魚露炒花竹蝦$392,炸普寧豆腐$88👌🏻,方魚炒芥蘭$118。賣單$1916,連茶介服務費。古法糯米酥雞上到嚟,真係有「嘩!」一聲嘅感覺,但係食落去就一般般。佢只不過係攞啲松子花生同糯米去塞滿隻雞,啲雞肉完全唔知去咗邊,剩係得喺個皮連住嗰少少,仲要糯米係生生地。🤡個花竹蝦係梅嘅,方魚炒芥蘭,其實係方魚浸芥蘭。(呢碟餸完全有影過相)差到第二日都要打返個一般評價,因為佢環境同佢服務係好嘅,所以一般評價係俾人見到樓面員工嘅努力,食物真係Cannot。啲相已經個別upload 再評價過,出多篇文警世。 continue reading
