餐廳:CA Restaurant & BAR地點:鰂魚涌英皇道菜式:特色西餐餐牌:有多款晚餐套餐,都有散叫前菜沙律湯主菜同甜品。晚餐套餐包湯,主菜三選一同餐飲。白松茸忌廉湯白松茸忌廉湯用隻好靚既湯碟上枱,碟邊有一片法包。個湯熱辣辣香噴噴,聞到好香菇味,加有少少忌廉同白松茸,飲落好滑溜而帶好香菇味,仲食到菇碎粒。塊法包非常脆,送湯一流。欖油蒜香意粉 $106 另加一欖油蒜香意粉既幼身spaghetti口感一流,滑溜夠al dente,蒜味好香,仲有蒜子食,伴有沙律菜同車厘茄。龍蝦汁海鮮意粉 $158 另加一龍蝦汁海鮮意粉超大碟,幼身spaghetti好滑溜,加上適量龍蝦汁好好味。海鮮有連殼青口三隻,去殼蝦兩隻,帶子,連殼蜆同魚柳等,材料豐富。蔬菜有雜菇片,燈籠椒絲,洋蔥片同沙律菜。雜扒餐 $148 另加一雜扒餐賣相一流,居然有羊架,牛扒,豬扒,雞扒同香腸一條。羊架超淋又唔蘇。牛扒淋身有牛味。豬扒煎得燶面豬味濃,肉質都好嫩。雞扒好香又嫩滑。另上一碟燒汁入口就更濕潤。伴有滑溜香甜薯蓉,車厘茄4粒,烤翠玉瓜幾片,三條蘆筍,仲有薄脆蕃薯片加添口感。呢碟主菜質素高又抵食。餐飲有咖啡,奶茶,果汁,汽水,檸檬茶同檸檬水。白酒 $70 另加一白酒好香,味道好易入口,唔錯唔錯。Happy Hour仲買一送一。菠蘿汁菠蘿汁大大杯,甜度適中,清甜解渴。七喜汽水都係用杯上,加上冰粒。朱古力心太軟拌雲呢拿雪糕 $42 另加一朱古力心太軟拌雲呢拿雪糕賣相好正,上枱已經聞到好香朱古力蛋糕味,一切開入面d朱古力醬就流出黎,食落係暖笠笠帶香濃朱古力味,配溶緊既雲呢拿雪糕一流!仲有一兜新鮮西瓜同哈密瓜粒配忌廉添清新感。今餐食物質素唔錯,價錢都好抵食。餐廳裝修光線,座位舒適。服務員態度非常友善。 continue reading

鰂魚涌新餐廳,今日試一試。點了兩份主菜套餐,並升級及額外加點了小食及甜品。每個dinner set 可以加$38有飲品及餐湯。當然 我地去到間bar and restaurant 一定要飲番杯先。餐廳有大酒櫃 先上餐湯,白松茸忌廉湯:湯質細滑濃稠,白松茸的香氣溫和,整體味道不錯,扒春雞拌野菌黑松露菌燒汁 (+$38 升級套餐)春雞:雞隻大小適中,烤得外皮金黃帶微脆,肉質算嫩滑,沒有乾柴的情況。野菌黑松露菌燒汁,醬汁唔錯,味道濃郁但不油,醬汁的份量足夠,能很好地沾滿雞肉,提升風味。*焗龍脷拌巴黎牛油 (+$38 升級套餐)**這道菜以錫紙包裹焗製,上桌時溫度極高,剪開錫紙,熱氣和香氣瞬間湧出,魚肉份量足,厚切。焗的火候掌握得好,肉質細嫩、結實,沒有過老。裏面包住牛油一齊焗。牛油、蒜蓉和香草的組合香氣濃郁,與魚肉本身的油脂結合,帶來油潤的口感。鮮薯蓉 值得一讚的是薯蓉。明顯是手打的,能吃到細微的薯仔粒,口感綿密順滑,*炸薯條 , 薯條是粗切的,即炸上桌,外脆內軟,熱度十足。**加點甜品:*** **朱古力心太軟拌雲呢拿雪糕:** 切開外殼時,裡面的朱古力漿流出,食番個甜品心情特別好。 continue reading
