下午茶比較少去酒店食中菜,尤其是中式點心,今日咁啱係歷史博物館附近行街,就決定去呢度試下high tea。天外天位於Hotel Icon 28樓,因為係平日,人唔算太多,所以安排到窗口位置,居高臨下,可以望住個維港靚景享受美食。內裏裝修有別於一般中式酒樓,帶有一些西式餐廳的感覺,整體感覺幾舒服。叫左幾籠點心,腸粉,阿拉斯加長腳蟹餃和金箔松露龍蝦餃。腸粉十分細緻嫩滑,餡料豐富,美味十足。特色餃十分出色😍,皮薄餡足,最重要又唔會太大隻,十分適合淺嘗,同時間可以試多幾款😆,兩個餃的長腳蟹及蝦都好爽、好彈牙,咬落去有爽脆的聲音,亦好香蟹味和蝦味,賣相、口感、味道都很驚艷!

內裏裝修有別於一般中式酒樓,帶有一些西式餐廳的感覺,整體感覺幾舒服。

叫左幾籠點心,腸粉,阿拉斯加長腳蟹餃和金箔松露龍蝦餃。腸粉十分細緻嫩滑,餡料豐富,美味十足。

特色餃十分出色😍,皮薄餡足,最重要又唔會太大隻,十分適合淺嘗,同時間可以試多幾款😆,兩個餃的長腳蟹及蝦都好爽、好彈牙,咬落去有爽脆的聲音,亦好香蟹味和蝦味,賣相、口感、味道都很驚艷!

唯港薈既staycationbook左套房package另外再加500升級中菜海鮮餐不過減番賞你住就叫做打番個和天外天就位於酒店二十八樓頂樓係米芝蓮餐盤推介既中菜廳呢間天外天學左其他酒店米芝蓮西餐好似caprice同文華扒房咁整左個酒吧係入門位酒吧係下午三點至六點就會當成酒店行政酒廊黎用而酒廊六點後就會做番普通酒吧用途所以行政酒廊只有去到六點今晚侍應係帶我地轉身由後面走廊行入去偏廳呢個位一睇就知正正係我地club80房間既間隔頭頂兩盞海刺吊燈華麗感就無乜感覺就好似好易會比佢插中咁而我地張檯大概又係安排左係最靚景果個corner二人檯望住既係同我地房同一樣既景六月日長夜短就算七點幾個天都仲未黑晒仲可以見到千禧新世界頂樓泳池著緊燈一路望過去尖東大概就只有rosewood係比hotel icon高天外天中菜廳同君悅港灣壹號一樣只屬米芝蓮餐盤推薦餐廳慢慢地呢個餐盤推薦已經變得唔太重要無乜人理會而餐廳由黃子其黃師傅帶領網上無乜資料淨係見到官網寫話黃師傅曾經任職過W同半島酒店係19年正式上任行政總廚一位而呢一間天外天就咁望落餐廳係無乜傳統中菜味門口仲加左個西式酒吧可能想突顥番自己大學酒店想要創新既

將會掛8號風球我才可以去Hotel Icon的天外天酒樓吃平日才有的午市套餐。兩款套餐都有點,各有千秋,我喜愛套餐B的原隻鮑魚雞粒撻,一見到大大隻的鮑魚就開心啦🤣蛋撻皮都好脆,美味👍 另外覺得非常有水準的點心是牛肝菌燒賣,肉和蝦材料非常新鮮,超讚😋另外,主廚推介套餐的金腿魚肚羮真材實料,熱騰騰的也很美味,小菜部份的金蒜銀絲蒸斑件及大千爆澳洲羊柳水準也高於一般水平,煙三文魚香提芙蓉炒飯也不錯,材料有煙三文魚、提子及蛋白,炒飯不油膩,粒粒分明,加了三文魚亦很香,推介👍

今日約了朋友食飯,由於朋友不愛好生冷的日本菜和西餐,所以我地決定食個傳統的中菜,經朋友介紹得知這間天外天的中菜廳無論環境和味道都相當不錯,於是便訂了兩位的晚餐。我們被安排坐落在海景窗邊的二人座位,對著香港的美麗夜景,十分賞心悅目。我們叫了一碗蟹肉豆苗羹,十分清淡,應該適合愛好清淡的朋友,例如我。另外叫了朋友喜愛的咕嚕肉和黑松露炒蝦球,咕嚕肉十分美味脆口,即便上菜之後良久,依家可以保持香脆的外殼,實屬難得。炒蝦球用料新鮮,加上黑松露的點綴,也是值得一試的佳餚。
