又到lunch嘅時候,因為睇完YouTube介紹再去食多一次因為上次食嘅時候已經見到好多人叫香茅豬扒撈檬,今次我亦都叫咗香茅豬扒撈檬塊豬扒勁巨型,竟然成塊豬扒都係軟腍腍。而香茅味道亦都好出色。唔怪得知大部份人都有叫到香茅豬扒撈檬。檬粉嘅撈汁入面亦都配備咗兩粒佢哋自製嘅豬肉丸。而家寫返出嚟聽日都想再去食。而我朋友就叫咗一碗蟹膏海鮮湯飯喺湯飯嘅時候朋友因為公事在外面講電話店員亦都好細心,表示如果當佢返嚟佢可以幫我哋再整返熱湯飯值得推介貼心好味嘅小店 continue reading

Vietnamese joint in the TKW area that has recently garnered publicity. Ordered their signature Haiphong rice in crab roe broth and raw beef pho. Crab broth wasn’t as umami packed as I would have hoped for. The cuttlefish, prawns, mussels and crab roe were apparently frozen not fresh. A bit of a letdown.Raw beef pho was above average. Raw beef was tender. Flavourful. We were advised to have the soft boiled egg in broth that served along side with the pho separately as a soup item. Interesting experience but nothing wow.What impressed me the most was their spring rolls. Generous portion and nicely fried.For dessert, ordered glass shrimps with pomelo pith and glass shrimps with black nice. Nothing spectacular.Overall a fair Vietnamese restaurant that one might revisit if in the area. continue reading

唔知係咪因為Mill Milk阿京介紹,近排呢間餐廳午餐時間特別多人排隊,今日經過決定試下。黎到先入門口攞飛,我地係平日大概12:45到餐廳,6個人大概等到1點就可以入座。餐廳入面大概30人座位,見其他人排隊都唔算耐,店員安排搭枱坐,但座位未算太逼。我今日叫左香茅豬扒撈檬,上菜時真係嚇親,塊豬扒係極大塊,炸完仲有足足1cm厚,同埋size比正常餐廳既豬扒大一半,一切開見到豬肉脂肪量好高,d紋理直頭好似豬頸肉咁,食落口好香又容易咬,成塊扒連骨頭位都完全唔韌。下面既撈檬不過不失,個汁冇乜辣味,附送兩粒仔牛丸。冇跟餐飲品,外加飲品多數都係比較貴、要30-40蚊杯既特飲,我飲免費茶水都夠啦,有少少青檸味好解膩。$74免加一既價錢真係一流,男士們都一定食到飽。我見有其他食評講到店員態度問題,我今次黎食就覺得店員都有禮貌既,不過見到d食客不停流轉,同埋店員見到你食完就執枱好快手,又比濕紙巾大家抹手,都會感受到食完快d走既無形壓力。食完出黎都見到成10個人等緊堂食或外賣,認真犀利! continue reading

見到YouTube頻道介紹,第二日馬上來試食,果然冇中伏全部嘢都真材實料仲要唔係預製菜的味道,好似喺屋企食到嘅口味,海鮮湯濃厚,生牛肉粉個牛肉同出面唔同,好滑身不肥,牛油果沙冰雖然甜咗少少,不過勁足料重點是店員(短頭髮扎辮姐姐)的態度極好,食春卷隻手污糟直接比濕紙巾我地,客人1袋2袋入店會offer keep bag, 又問我哋咁多嘢,使唔使調張大啲嘅枱?香港小店食肆如此的高水準食品及服務,大家一定要保住佢!食多啲! continue reading

土瓜灣真係好多好野食,如果食越南菜,我就一定黎呢間。星期六 lunch time,等2張檯就入每次帶新朋友黎食呢間,我都會推介呢個豬排撈檬每次都唔會失望,因為有一大塊連骨豬排,入味得黎質地又好,唔會比鬆肉粉整到稔哂,檬粉量充足又爽口,個汁仲跟咗兩粒肉丸。呢一大碟每次都令我吃得很滿足第一次試呢個烤豬肉法包,好有驚喜,法包熱烘烘夠香脆,入面既餸都好足料,配埋酸蘿蔔絲,唔會食到乾爭爭越式春卷又係好足料,皮脆又唔會過厚,味道調教得剛剛好食咁多油膩野,襯番個牛油果沙律平衡一下,呢個沙律份量唔少,瓜菜都新鮮,配埋蝦片食都好唔錯唯一要挑剔既係店舖地方唔大,每枱都坐得背貼背,出入要小心,而且人流好多,唔可以慢慢坐低傾計慢慢食。呢度都有好多特式飲品,但大部份都係凍飲,所以冬天就唔試啦!遲d暖番d再黎食,一定要飲番杯野襯下d美食總結,呢間一定有下次 continue reading
