大閘蟹宴果然份量足夠而且飽肚,食到最尾大家都想打包。
最欣賞就係服務員嘅態度,執枱迅速,全部職員講嘢都係十分之恭敬。好欣賞呢一種餐飲業嘅團隊。

食物質素亦都高質,
食得出佢啲食材比較新鮮。雖然成個晚市都好full好多人
但係廚房出菜,同服務員態度,一啲都沒有怠慢。最欣賞係佢啲裝修同嗰啲燈飾

本身麻麻哋中國菜,不過見到呢間好似幾吸引就去咗食而且佢早退出咗個冬季套餐,有兩人陪同一人免費優惠個套餐都有幾多嘢食有蝦、花膠翅、蟹、乳鴿、鮑魚、淮山麵同埋雪梨燉雪耳啲蝦都算新鮮,花膠翅都幾滋補,味道唔錯個乳鴿超好食,調味適中隻蟹上面有啲鹽,都算多膏,幾鮮加埋啲鹽同埋醋好好食,唔會好乾淮山麵份量適中,不過啲配料太多同埋炸醬有少少鹹鮑魚有埋海參同花菇,鮑魚有咬口加埋鮑汁幾入味甜品係雪梨燉雪耳,飲完好潤,呢個冬日養生一流另外再嗌左幾樣嘢食,小籠包皮薄,都算多汁雞絲粉皮幾好食,有啲花生醬同埋青瓜絲爆汁牛肉餅味道幾好,真係有爆汁不過個皮有少少厚整體唔錯,雖然價錢偏貴不過有呢個優惠都算抵食

今晚試食匯豐買一送一套餐,埋單一位都要差不多$650/位。全個最好食係前菜,有薰蛋,蝦,苦瓜,魷魚。魷魚同蛋係全個餐最好味!之後魚翅簡直唔掂個芡汁超結又無咩翅,失望蒸大閘蟹蓋蟹膏下面竟然係蒸蛋白而非蟹肉最正常已經隻大閘蟹,正常size,有膏肉甜。之後有鮑汁鵝掌同鮑魚,中規中矩啦最後有炒飯,但無味同薑茶芝麻湯圓正常好食,但嫌佢唔係薑味。其實我仲加左$50無$100ml既話梅花雕,普通啦,不過不失結括如果要$650/位就真係無下次喇

最後有炒飯,但無味

同薑茶芝麻湯圓正常好食,但嫌佢唔係薑味。
其實我仲加左$50無$100ml既話梅花雕,普通啦,不過不失
結括如果要$650/位就真係無下次喇

這間的大閘蟹套餐好評如潮,再加上有匯豐信用卡優惠,訂枱十分困難,開11:30am,但在10:30am開始接受電話訂座,而且只接受14天訂座,還要分兩個時段,6:00pm和8:30pm,最後我們訂了平日食第二輪。我們抱住期望去,但最後失望而回。套餐食物可以看以下照片,但食物好一般,連主角大閘蟹都令人失望,細細隻,一打開,網上看到的爆膏畫面,完全沒有,真是懷疑自己是否在吃大閘蟹,朋友也忍不住要向經理反映一下,結果也很好地幫我們換上了另一隻,值得加分,不過換了另一隻都是好一些,蟹膏比較多一點,但肉質感覺有點奇怪,又沒有蟹味。總括來説,服務態度和環境是不錯,不過今次食物就….😩。
