A perfectly cooked dish! Rib eye was pan-fried to medium with a nice sear on the outside. Moist and flavorful. Chewy rice that well absorbed the savory sauce. Guests could also customize the sides and the sauce.

南昌村有唔少好嘢食,今次就試咗其中一間嘅餐廳。港式鹵水今次叫咗三款淘寶每款要咗兩件,雞腎,大墨魚,細生腸。要配埋芥辣和醬汁,十分之爽口,而且入味。鰻魚飯,鰻魚有三片醬汁不會10分多,令到整體太甜和鹹,白飯份量10分多,食完一定會好飽肚厚切牛舌配沙律,厚切,但係口感軟熟,仲帶點微微的脆口,沙律份量都OK,條的醬汁剛剛好十分之好食,牛舌份量也不少。樽裝汽水一定係最好飲,有汽之餘而且又夠凍如果有樽裝汽水係必叫。碗仔翅侍應推介,冇諗過真係咁足面,而且湯底煮得十分之好,唔會好鹹好鮮甜,材料十分之多,這價錢真心唔錯。

聽聞呢間既炸雞脾超正,所以搵咗日專登過黎試下🤤估唔到仲有玻璃樽裝既汽水,都已經好耐冇飲過啦!即叫即炸既雞脾炸出黎又香又脆,拎上手要小心熱呀。一啖咬落去,雞肉嫩滑,外皮好似薯片咁脆,不過我個人覺得調味爭少少,雞肉略嫌偏淡。配搭左個蘑菇飯,一般般(都係KFx嗰間好食啲😅)而咖哩牛腩飯就正常啦,比蘑菇飯好啲。

星期六在家中睇電話,公眾平台突然彈左石硤尾呢間小店出嚟,見到有特大炸雞脾🍗,我由細到大也喜歡吃雞脾,中學也是在石硤尾上學,學校附近有間快餐店,茄汁雞髀飯係我的致愛。近年來,好多餐廳以雞排取代雞髀🍗,所以已經好難吃到炸雞🍗脾,於是立即坐車去返中學時常光顧的南山邨搵食! 中午到步,小店裝修好新,好舒服,除左普通枱,亦有我喜歡的面壁位,立下目標一定要吃炸雞脾,店主親切上前介紹佢哋嘅新產品-鹵味(以前戲院門口橙色一串串嗰啲),既然未吃早餐,於是叫左炸脾套餐加一串大墨魚,一串大生腸。先試呢兩樣,好味。待炸脾涼少少,立即試吓,炸得好脆,脾肉多汁,肉嫩唔鞋又唔係柴皮,味道不太咸,非常好吃,的確找回中學時的味道!餐廳氣氛好舒服,沒有污煙漳氣的感覺,我咁啱工作上有野急住處理,感謝店主借了紙張讓我解決了工作的事。🙏

今日終於試咗炸雞髀,店員話俾我聽佢哋只係用8分鐘就整好一隻炸雞髀。平時其他餐廳都需要等20分鐘生炸雞髀。佢話用8分鐘整炸雞髀,就可以保持雞髀入邊嘅肉汁。當我攞到雞髀之後,即刻喺架車度食,因為想試咗佢真正嘅味道,唔想佢個皮淋晒。一食之下,皮脆又薄,雞髀一啲都唔乾,又大隻。平時只係會去買甜品,所以好少會買咁邪惡嘅炸雞髀食。適逢今晚未食晚飯,終於可以試吓呢度嘅炸雞髀! 我覺得暫時係我食過最好味嘅炸雞髀 😋😋

係社交網站睇見有人介紹呢間小店,都大力推薦佢哋嘅炸雞肶,所以自己親身試吓,果然名不虛傳炸雞肶即叫即炸,皮薄香脆,味道適中,唔係好重味精果種,食完成隻都唔覺得口渴同油膩白飯似係用珍珠米,黑椒汁味道都OK,總括嚟講冇嘢好挑剔,100分!
