同朋友參觀完嘉頓麵包廠之後係附近搵晚餐食,隨意搵到門面光猛,裝修簡約而且設有卡位雅座的「雪山冰廳」,貪佢有多款港式茶餐廳特色美食。即叫即炸避風塘炸蒜雞脾🍗:外皮酥脆,生炸的雞皮金黃焦脆,裹粉後經過高溫油炸後形成輕薄酥松的殼,咬下時會有明顯的「咔嚓」聲。雞腿肉保留充沛肉汁,口感鮮嫩不柴。大量炸至金黃的蒜末是避風塘菜系的靈魂,蒜粒酥脆甘香,略帶焦糖般的微苦甜味,與雞脾的油脂香氣完美自家手打芝士煎蛋🍳牛肉漢堡包🍔:芝士呈流心效果,雞蛋流心滑嫩爆汁,與鮮嫩多汁牛肉漢堡相得益彰 真係好正,牛肉漢堡沒有多餘筋位,口感十分,比較焾心。椒鹽豬扒飯:炒飯底真係好驚艷,有蛋絲青豆三色椒,增加口感,當然唔少得厚切椒鹽豬扒,毫不吝嗇豬扒的份量,絕對夠下飯,炒飯底絕對生色不少,仲要帶點微辣XO醬香。足餡榛子🌰流心西多🍞:炸醬完全唔油膩,加上蜜糖牛油非常邪惡,入邊仲有爆餡榛子醬,不得了,根本食唔停口。茶走紅豆冰:紅豆軟綿,甜度適合自己的口味,紅豆🫘軟滑帶少許煙韌,奶茶飄香撲鼻,仲有黑白淡奶增加細滑程度,即刻昇華!雜果賓治:用上罐頭雜果,絕對係童年回憶的味道,加上雪碧汽水做底,飲完GUR 曬。總結:抵食雪山冰廳 特色避風塘炸蒜雞脾坐得舒適#雪山冰廳 #香港茶餐厅 #香港冰室 #深水埗茶餐厅 #茶餐厅 #冰室 #炸鸡髀 #红豆冰室香港 #香港椒盐猪扒饭 #西多士 #港式西多士#樽仔奶茶 #港式奶茶 #香港餐廳介紹 continue reading

很久沒去過雪山食lunch, 今天約埋朋友去試下。原來雪山裝修過,地板保留原本的,枱和凳是新的,坐得都舒服。Order 咗個焗豬扒飯和海南雞飯套餐,唔使10分鐘有得食,上枱時的presentation 也不錯。但是,一食第一口就出事了,焗飯面是熱的,內裏的炒飯是微温的,顯然不是即炒的,件豬扒切好了一塊塊,但是又乾又柴,一口也吃不下,似彊師凍肉一樣,未食過如此難食的豬扒,飯就食晒,扒就剩番在碟上。裝修後的雪山食物質素如此不際! continue reading
