我哋都係第一次試潮式嘅生醃蟹🦀 超多膏超吸引🤩本身以為會同醬油蟹差唔多 點知味道都相差幾遠下 🤔潮式嘅係更重蒜頭味🧄 重口味人士應該會鍾意! 不過講唔停就覺得佢有少少蓋過咗蟹本身嘅鮮甜🙈

以前打冷硬係有種去大排檔嘅感覺,近年多咗唔少坐得舒服嘅靚靚潮州菜,想食中菜都多左選擇。 每次打冷都必叫鵝片,單睇色澤已經好唔錯,食落有肉汁夠軟腍,少少鵝皮咬落好香,係潮州人都會滿意嘅高水準。魚露浸花甲永遠係出街先會食到嘅心機菜,花甲排得好靚成朵花咁,蜆肉新鮮大隻,有魚露香味。花膠北菇湯用料十足,兩大條花膠真係同阿媽煲嘅花膠湯同款,冬菇有大半手掌咁大,骨膠原爆棚。 雖然係清甜嘅燉湯,但花膠味好濃,物有所值。炒粿條有鑊氣,條條分明炒得幾好,牛肉嫩滑有沙茶香味。

陳儀興集團食過幾次都好滿意,新店裝潢有氣派,同屋企人黎食幾好。油泡南澳島鮮魷大塊厚肉,細緻片花令口感更豐富,最特別係點少少蝦醬真係好夾,同朋友一致認同個醬令鮮魷味道昇華左好多,比出面食到嘅潮式油泡鮮魷更出色。鵝片有啲厚度,好似原隻做好岩岩片出黎咁新鮮水潤。 鵝肉軟滑有鵝味,厚切啖啖肉食得好爽。沙茶牛肉炒粿條好正宗,有上次返潮州食到嘅風味,沙茶唔會太咸,粿條先用蛋炒過好香。金不換燉海螺係第一次見到嘅組合,個湯好清,有海螺鮮味,金不換香味有提鮮作用。
