今日我去咗黃大仙一間餐廳,叫佐幾樣湖南菜。首先係 鮮炒黃牛肉,真係炒得好香,牛肉鮮嫩,唔辣又少油,食落去口感非常好!跟住係 糖醋酥肉,外脆內嫩,酸甜嘅味道正好,食完一塊仲想再嚟一塊。鮮燜腐皮都唔錯,腐皮煮得剛好,吸咗湯汁,味道入面好豐富。再嚟就係 蒜蓉空心菜,蒜香味十足,菜心爽口,清新又好食。飲咗碗 松茸土雞湯,每位都有,湯底鮮甜,松茸味道好濃郁,真係好開心。仲有試咗老長沙臭豆腐,少辣,外脆內軟,配上醬汁,味道一流!最後係蒜蓉粉絲蝦仁,蝦仁鮮甜,粉絲吸咗蝦汁,食落去超滿足。

前陣子和朋友去了九龍黃大仙的農耕記。我點的鮮炒黃牛肉蓋碼飯選少辣,牛肉鮮嫩,火候佳,辣味適中,好吃又不刺激。友人的青椒炒土雞蛋蓋碼飯加辣,土雞蛋嫩滑,青椒辣勁足,湘味濃郁。套餐都有例湯,味道鮮美,喝著暖胃解辣。還點了瓶可口可樂,冰爽解膩。從價格看,牛肉套餐$68、雞蛋套餐$63,加上可樂$5,在九龍算合理。這次用餐很滿意,不僅菜品正宗,服務和環境也不錯,是家值得回頭的湖南土菜館,推薦給愛湘菜的朋友,能讓你感受地道湘味魅力。

星期六晚市滿座,最滿意係侍應的服務,咁忙咁多客都快手快腳,有一個菜已到,侍應問了知道我們點了一煲蕃薯飯,就幫我們跟進,回返我哋等多三分鐘就OK,因為係即整,好有交帶,之後再點了一個白飯未到,一追就馬上裝好送到,十分抵讚。餸菜都是好味的,熱辣辣即炒,但普遍分量就較細,最離譜係茶油炒土雞,份量少得可憐,門外的海報仲要寫住「滿滿一大盆才 $158」,十分誤導,盆是大,但盆只裝了3份1,配料很多,雞切得零碎,3個人食也覺得少。如果要食雞,不如食烤雞,一隻好像是$148,雞也是細隻那種,但起碼見到有一隻雞,好過那一盤炒土雞都唔知有無半隻。如果唔改善,相信好快 keep唔住啲客。

之前喺內地食過,覺得幾好食,香港香港開咗幾間連鎖店,特登慕名而來,水準同內地差唔多,一樣咁好食,今次嗌咗砂鍋酸菜肥腸,我至愛!🥰🥰份量幾多下,肥美又多汁,爽口又彈牙。仲嗌咗份酸辣雞雜,一樣咁好食,服務一流,環境舒適,值得大家一試!
