收工到大角咀搵野食,行過見到呢間小店,鋪面並唔起眼,但入面坐滿客人,麻雀雖少,五臟俱全。決定同男朋友入去試下。後尾發現原來係之前有幫襯過嘅「越旺美食」舊班底係原區重開,之前已經好有水準。雖然新鋪面唔算大,但內部環境十分乾淨同舒適,店員十分友善有禮,落座後仲推介我地可以嗌啲乜,而且晚市仲有套餐可以揀。馬來濃湯蝦摻掺店員極力推介呢款摻摻,果然無介紹錯。超級濃郁嘅蝦湯,有三隻大蝦,幾片魚片頭,配有豆卜通菜。摻摻意思係將油麵同米粉兩種唔同口感嘅麵條混合係一齊,油麵本身口感彈牙,但較唔易吸收湯汁;而米粉則能夠充分吸收湯底嘅精華。將兩者混合一齊食,可以同時享受到油麵嘅口感同米粉飽吸湯汁嘅美味,創造出豐富嘅層次感。加埋秘製醬,更加係一試難忘。咖喱牛腩配印度手工薄餅咖喱可以自選辣度,十分貼心。香濃充滿椰香味嘅咖喱,相當惹味。牛腩配有少量牛筋,十分腍身同入味,配埋酥脆嘅手工薄餅,沾咖喱一齊食,完全係完美配搭。小食方面:越式酸辣鳳爪、越南小食拼盤份量比想象中大份,十分足夠。越式酸辣鳳爪係我男朋友嘅最愛,每隻鳳爪都大大隻,去骨乾淨,而且十分爽脆,酸酸甜甜恰當好處,係唔錯嘅開胃菜。越南小食拼盤,分別有春卷、扎肉、串燒、雞翼、蝦片,十分豐富。特別春卷、雞翼炸至金黃香脆,蝦片上亦有少量粉絲、炸蒜及肉碎,十分特別。凍越南咖啡、珍多冰主食跟餐嗌特飲可以半價,相當劃算。當中越南咖啡好夠特別,用金屬滴漏濾杯,慢慢萃取出濃縮咖啡液,然後店員再俾一杯冰杯我地,將滴漏完嘅咖啡倒落去,充滿咖啡香味。而珍多冰中,綠色粉條軟滑中帶點Q彈,加入左西米令口感更豐富,同時唔會太甜太膩。整體而言,性價比極高,食物質素亦相當唔錯,十分推介馬來濃湯蝦摻摻、各款咖喱菜式,同地道嘅越南咖啡,相當有東南亞風味。Read More
