勁抵食之選! 每一舊三文魚都有成一cm甘厚。啖啖肉,淡淡Juice !而且配料非常之充足勁夠份量:有好多魚子就好像卜卜,新鮮,無雪味😗👍🏻 仲有日式酸薑,最欣賞係米飯微暖,唔系冰晒,硬實實,好軟熟☺️

我同朋友4個人9月1號晚幫襯留民料理,入去時未 full booking,我地叫7種食物,例牌必叫乳鴿,其餘6種係串燒,餐廳唔多人但都前後用個半鐘先上埋最後一碟,酒菜都慢慢上慢慢上,由頭餓到尾,極浪費時間之餘,質素都名過其實,講到好巴閉又攞獎又招牌菜既乳鴿超咸,椒鹽雞軟骨又無椒鹽味,其餘都只係叫煮熟,只有雞肉串合格。最後叫埋單,侍應小姐仲慢慢係廚房食埋煙先同我地埋,態度怠慢。Openrice 有咁多手指公真係好神奇。
