日本直送北海道元貝,每隻元貝都大大粒,每粒差唔多有1.5 cm厚啊,上面鋪上經調味過的蒜蓉牛油,大概燒6至8分鐘就食得㗎啦,眼見新鮮嘅元貝汁邊燒邊滲出來,滾動滾動咁,視覺上真的很治癒哦!元貝入口爽甜彈牙,其中的鮮元貝汁和加上濃郁的鹽蒜味,混合起來超級惹味的湯汁呀!平時單點要$35/隻,依家只是$98就可以任食,食四隻都已經回晒本有多啦,而我最後總共食咗八隻啊,真係會賺哂喇! 

🔮明太子湯烏冬伴月見
烏冬上面鋪滿咗紫菜,蔥花,飯素,鮮明太子和日本溫泉蛋,廚師特登只加入三份一碗滿的高湯,係想客人將蛋汁,明太子和其他配料撈勻之後,烏冬都可以均勻地吸收晒蛋汁和明太子的味道,造成質掛汁的效果,烏冬入口非常煙靭,明太子蛋汁入口亦10分鮮香微辣惹味,而且仲要只係$58一碗,份量十足,銅鑼灣嚟講,價錢真係好抵呀! 

🔮大蜆冷麵
如果想叫一個凍凍地的主食嚟解吓膩的話,呢個大蜆冷麵亦都係推介,新鮮大蜆,即叫即煮再過冷河,所以每粒蜆肉都十分之爽口鮮甜,而蕎麥冷麵爽滑有嚼口,秘製的冷面汁在混入Wasabi,清涼微甜又辛辣,的確十分之解膩呀!

新鮮的菠蘿切粒然後放入冰格直接造成菠蘿冰串,將成吋柚子菠蘿直接放入柚子梳打入面,香甜冰爽,清新減膩
