終於有機會一嘗喺荃灣返工嘅朋友介紹味道不錯嘅居酒屋。簡單嘅小食、刺身、串燒、飯糰,飲下嘢,享受左溫暖又滿足嘅晚上☺️落order後即有前菜送上,係玉子豆腐,配以鹹香嘅醬汁都幾開胃,不錯!一向居酒屋都會點份秋葵。第一次試酒盜秋葵,酒盜係一種用鹽醃海鮮嘅漬物,好適合下酒。如果就咁食酒盜漬物會非常鹹,但配味道清淡嘅秋葵就剛好,而兩者都有黏稠嘅質地,非常夾,推介!食緊嘢時已聞到廚房有陣陣魚香,好快就上呢個烤半熟鰹魚,配上類似柚子醋的啫喱及香蔥碎和薑蓉,豐富左鰹魚嘅鮮味。雜錦海鮮米紙卷,日越fusion👍🏾煙韌嘅米紙包住好細嘅青瓜絲、吞拿魚、酒甘魚、蟹柳、上面加上蟹籽同藜麥。建議整個放入口咬,一次過感受新鮮魚生及清爽嘅配料帶嚟嘅豐富口感!墨魚刺身新鮮👍🏾份量適中!吉列九肚魚滿分👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾首先九肚魚新鮮肥美,第二外皮薄而酥脆,唔洗沾沙律醬都好夠味。感覺比起中式嘅椒鹽九肚魚炸得更鬆又乾身唔油膩。黑豚腩串和牛肋筋串,兩串都即燒熱辣辣,牛肋筋牛味不錯,雖然話係筋,但完全唔韌。飛魚子玉子燒,一樣熱辣辣,微甜嘅玉子中和剛才嘅各式鹹食。燒飯糰👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾另一推介!首先飯糰表面烤得焦香但唔會太硬,第二飯糰望落好簡單,有啲好細嘅蛋碎,芝麻,飯素,就已經好美味,滿足!青森蘋果SAWA & 白桃特飲都幾大杯,唔太甜~多樣食物有特色,有驚喜,質素屬中上,相信我地都會帶朋友再光顧! continue reading

蒞到居酒屋,首先叫酒:Suntory黑啤冰鎮得恰到好處,麥味香濃。調酒部分更是有心思,響 選用了鐵球冰鎮,既保持酒的冰涼又不會因稀釋而影響口感。晚餐的前菜是汁煮茄子,口感柔軟且呈現出濃郁的味道,還有一點Wasabi加入點綴,非常正。主菜是辛味噌牛筋肉煲,料足牛肉香濃,肉質不韌,帶著一點辣的感覺,真的是冷峰下的必食之選。這裡還有地道的大阪串炸,薄薄的炸漿極脆,配上彈牙的墨魚餅、新鮮的雞髀肉、爆醬的煙燻芝士竹輪和鮮味的三文親子串,再淋上酸酸甜甜的串炸醬,簡直讓人停不下口。雜錦海鮮米紙卷,乍看以為是平淡無奇的越南米紙,但打開後竟是各種刺身,讓人驚喜不已。稻烤半熟堅魚也相當精彩,外面微微焦香的稻香與堅魚本來的油香完美融合,令人回味。適時稍作休息,美食魔法仍在延續。最後一輪串燒,有黑豚豬頸肉、阿波羅雞翼和少見的雞腳筋,特別又好吃很值得一試。 continue reading
