Whenever you think pig liver noodles, SSP is definitely the place to go! Found this place on openrice and was attracted by how thick the pig liver were so I decided to give it a try. I absolutely fell in love with it and would visit again for sure! The pig liver’s texture is perfect - tender enough and flavourful with every single bite! This place is also known for their french toast but when we saw that it had a price tag of $40, we became a bit hesitant. Still, since it was cooked in a soufflé style, different from other local HK style restaurants, we decided to give it a try! It was good, doesn’t taste as oily and unhealthy as normal deep fried French toast, but I think I’d only try it once!
Overall a really good experience and would revisit!
