林立太子嘅晉家門炭燒工房,裝修復古得來舒適。而且有貓貓睇。佢哋嘅食物亦都相當好味。鹽燒牛舌:家庭製作的風格。用 Simply 鹽和胡椒燒烤得非常好。番茄芝士沙律:這道菜包含新鮮羅勒葉、起司、櫻桃番茄、橄欖油、香草醋、少許鹽和胡椒。食材非常新鮮,而且準備得很好。燒豬頸肉:鹽和胡椒燒豬肉,搭配泰式蘸醬。甜、辣、酸、鹹各適其適。一口和牛:配搭 Tabasco 、鹽和胡椒。牛排多汁,而且沒有被香料過分渲染。燒雞皮:這是我吃雞皮的唯一方法。口感才是最重要的。脆脆的口感讓任何東西都可以吃。薄荷朱古力冰沙:巧克力薄荷的口感徹底勻循。不鏽鋼杯可保持飲料冰涼。對於西方人來說,這超出了她的舒適範圍。這裡讓她嘗試到亞洲特色食物的地方! continue reading
