元朗新開巴打火鍋冰室,見佢裝修都以靚,即刻吸引左我同朋友去試下!入面環境好光猛,白色櫈配白雲石枱面,一入到去就覺得成人個精神晒!呢到支持手機QR code落單勁方便睇個名就知呢到主打火鍋,第一次黎緊係試下佢個招牌巴打火鍋湯底啦估唔到落得勁足料,湯底淆到白雪雪勁濃郁,原來入面加左豬蹄蕃茄粟米,最驚喜係仲有勁多大做隻扇貝係到,真係飲落食湯底都飽手切牛同豚肉啲花紋都好靚,肥瘦適中,一啲雪味都無仲保留到啲肉鮮味,打邊爐最怕啲肉唔新鮮食落全部都係一樣味,呢到絕對唔會失望手打五寶丸,夾起身個下勁黏,睇得出真人手大大力出力打,煮完出黎肉質勁彈牙!脆肉鯇魚腩又係要大讚,先唔講無乜骨可以放心食用,魚肉真係煮極都仲爽口,唔會變左淋晒一pat野咁,好正! continue reading

最近天氣開始轉涼,最適合吃火鍋暖暖胃。早前發現在家附近新開了一間《巴打火鍋·冰室》,這次便迫不及待地去試試。餐廳裝潢簡潔,座位寬敞地方乾淨。入座後掃碼落單,店員隨即遞上各式火鍋醬料,特別推薦他們的炸蒜,香氣十足,非常惹味。湯底方面,我們選了肉蟹海鮮大聯盟,裏面包括蟹、蝦、大白蜆、扇貝、青口和螺片,海鮮新鮮,湯底濃郁鮮美。另外我們選擇了以下幾款火鍋配料。首先是花雕鮮雞件,雞肉鮮嫩,花雕酒香滲透其中,讓人食指大動。自家手打墨魚滑則滑嫩爽口,墨魚的鮮味充滿口腔,令人難忘。自製鮮蝦雲吞,每一口都能吃到大顆的蝦仁,皮薄餡靚,非常新鮮。自家手打豬肉丸也是必點,丸子彈牙有嚼勁,肉香四溢。飲品檸檬柚子蜜和青檸梳打,清新解膩,非常適合搭配火鍋。《巴打火鍋·冰室》原來也有小菜供應,可以讓客人多一個選擇。 continue reading
