Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

油麻地原來有間超有特色嘅香港冰室,佢哋融合咗西式元素,所以呢度食到嘅都係有西餐特色嘅茶餐廳菜式,仲有結合港式元素嘅特飲🤤🤟🏻❤️🔥!~「你又估唔估到原來冰室有得食西式煲仔飯⁉️有得食超澎湃嘅炒蛋多士⁉️有得飲童年飲品黑牛⁉️仲有芝麻/粟米西多士🌽🤣⁉️」-1️⃣「五香肉丁牛油滑蛋多士($62)」超級大份,滑蛋超級滑,中間有好多五香肉丁,辣辣地,下一層塞咗啲菜,亦都可以選擇加花生醬,成個配搭好特別!好食~Scrambled egg with hk spicy pork on toast (with peanut butter 🥜)👍🏻- 2️⃣「臘腸冬菇奶油意大利飯($90)」其實有意大利嘅感覺,不過佢融入咗港式嘅臘味,又似煲仔飯,又似意大利飯,飯粒有咬口 👍🏻- 3️⃣ 「特濃黑芝麻麻糬西多士配黑芝麻雪糕🖤($72)」超級超級濃郁嘅黑芝麻味,超級香,而且唔係太甜,上面仲有球好大球黑芝麻雪糕!~Black seasame French toast👍🏻-4️⃣「流心奶茶蛋撻($28;可跟餐)」食落麻麻哋,奶茶味可以濃少少,同埋個曲奇皮都好腍,對佢期望太高🥲…-5️⃣ 「抹茶拿鐵💚($42)」正常水準,不過最特別係有個舞獅拉花~Matcha latte👍🏻-

食客對呢間茶餐廳嘅評價兩極分化,所以我都冇帶好高期待去食,就點咗佢哋招牌蛋撻同咖啡☕朱古力咖啡🥄抹茶紅豆麻薯蛋撻本來睇到其他食客嘅返圖杯咖啡拉花好靚好精緻,我呢杯就些許失望💧朱啡味道也一般般蛋撻味道仲可以,甜度啱啱好,外皮好脆,抹茶同紅豆麻薯都几match🔔下午茶set蛋撻加杯原價$40嘅咖啡係$58,超過40就補差價最吸引我反而係台面本寫茶餐廳術語嘅書📚 好得意🤣

雖然掛住「茶餐廳」嘅名,但係發現佢哋竟然完全冇港式飲品淨係得咖啡類☕有啲似Cafe同茶餐廳嘅混合體🤔【叉燒太陽蛋蔥油撈麵🍜 】叉燒真係大得誇張,每啖都係肉,肉質厚實🍖食落去滿足感十足!太陽蛋煎得啱啱好,蛋黃流心,撈埋麵一齊食,口感豐富~但遺憾嘅係,麵就坨埋曬一舊,撈得唔夠勻啦!食嘅時候就覺得叉燒、太陽蛋🥚同個麵好似各自為政,冇咩融合感,總體就係算無功無過,冇乜驚喜...😐【奶茶蛋撻🥧】蛋撻個頭算大,而且奶茶味都幾濃郁不過個撻皮就有啲欠缺黃油嘅香氣,食到後面有啲滯😣作為一間新式茶餐廳,食物質素算係中上,但定價偏高,而且缺乏傳統港式飲品,可能會令一啲鍾意懷舊風味嘅食客有少少失望啦😞

今日得閒,心血來潮決定去試下呢間好hit嘅大安茶冰廳,門面有種濃濃嘅港式復古風。招牌鹹蛋黃雞翼雞翼炸得金黃酥脆,外皮好似裹咗一層薄薄嘅金衣,上面還均勻地鋪滿咗金黃色嘅鹹蛋黃碎,鹹香十足,而雞肉本身又保持住嫩滑多汁,鹹蛋黃嘅味道完全滲入咗雞肉入面。薯條炸得外脆內軟,外層嘅脆度剛剛好,而裡面嘅薯仔肉綿綿嘅,口感非常好。而且唔使點茄醬,單純食已經有好香嘅薯仔味。最後嘅肉丁滑蛋多士都令人印象深刻。多士烤得表面金黃,微微焦香。切開嚟,裡面夾住豐富嘅肉丁同嫩滑到好似布丁咁嘅滑蛋。一口咬落去,多士嘅香脆、肉丁嘅鮮美同滑蛋嘅嫩滑完美融合,口感層次豐富。肉丁炒得好入味,滑蛋又夠晒香滑。

最近返查香港越來越少懷舊嘅餐廳,喺網上見呢間餐廳感覺行懷舊風,所以專登嚟呢間餐廳試吓,可能因為早嘅關係,中午12點前,亦因為我一個人嘅關係,所以唔需要等位就可以直接入座。本來諗住對面個座位都會比其他食客坐,但係侍應並冇叫其他人坐我對面個位,大概食咗一個鐘頭,都係冇人坐我對面。雖然食物價錢有啲貴,餐牌大部份食物都係一啲非主流嘅配搭,其實感覺似一間Cafe多個似一間懷舊冰廳。壹加壹咖啡可以比食客一次試過兩種唔同嘅咖啡口味,感覺唔錯,黑啤肉醬配牛脷酥呢個配搭好特別,之前未試過,但係食得多會比較膩。整體上嚟講食物質素OK價錢偏貴少少。
