有晚一行七人,夜晚11點半諗住去增輝食宵夜,有個後生嘅哥仔同我哋落單,一路落單個哥仔已經係咁Sale又龍蝦,又蒸魚,蟹…又話出面唔會咁整,係佢哋呢度先食到。已經講咗我哋都只係嚟食個宵夜,唔駛海鮮盛宴喇。但都仲Keep住Sale,你要Sale其實冇問題,但最串係,落到咁上下,叫佢覆單嘅時候,佢覆覆吓冇啦啦話「錯晒,唔會咁叫囉」,嘩經典啊,食咗三十幾年飯,第一次叫菜都可以俾人話錯。去增輝食飯前,記住考個牌先好落單叫菜。。。

今日,7:30pm打電話,打足30分鐘鐘。唔聽電話仲未夠,落單又要落錯哂D野!生炒牛肉飯寫成生炒臘味糯米飯!西蘭花炒帶子,要等二十分鐘後先話無!期間,我一直在門外等,要我走入去先肯講無帶子(買哂)。跟住,我見佢地樓面又把個菠蘿生炒骨落錯單,我見少咗個餸,我舉手要埋啤錢!最後,居然啤我發現櫃面收銀小姐落錯單,寫咗生炒臘味糯米飯,你話嬲唔嬲,過陣時已經8:30分,(我係7:52pm落單)。唔止咁,個穿白衣黑褲個樓面,又話我一個人企係度唔方便,又要求我企佢出去,最後,我連生炒飯都等唔到,要退錢走人!一間滿以為炒嘢有鑊氣,就可以連基本服務都提供唔到,禮貌野不單止,出錯單,又要漏單!食飯要於係外買盒超過40分鐘!今時今日呢個種服務態度,單直不知所為!

深水埗屬於香港其中一個美食天堂大排檔小炒琳琅滿目。有幸今日約咗朋友試一試深水埗聞名已久的增輝廚藝。 果然名不虛傳。招牌頭抽豉油雞 ($408)標榜即叫即製。 需時35分鐘。 上枱有別於坊間一般豉油雞。雞皮色澤比較淡色。雞件係浸係秘製豉油雞肉入口鮮嫩。食得出係用新鮮雞。頭抽亦都帶起左雞件嘅鮮味 的而且確係出色。 不過價錢相對比較貴。 如果呢個價錢我諗我會食返普通豉油雞😂蝦多士 ($83) 蝦多士做得出色。 即叫即炸 一般呢出邊嘅蝦多士麵包都會林晒。同埋吸晒油。 呢度炸得啱啱好。 可以做到外脆內軟。同埋價錢亦都比較抵。 抵食 其他小菜就唔多講。 正正常常。 呢間大排檔本身連續幾年獲得米芝蓮。 不過好老實價錢比較偏貴少少以其他小菜都係一般質素。 如果以深水埗呢個美食天堂。 選擇會比較多。 唔算非常之出色。 行過兩條街都應該有間大排檔性價比高過佢 偶然一試可以。

昨晚七點未到坐下,尚早只有兩、三枱客、點了四樣小菜,等了15-20分鐘。味道普通,豆腐火腩煲,也是溫度一般,沒有「炸炸」聲音,一股雪味。最敗筆是白飯,室温略帶冷,告訴伙記可否再給些熱的飯,答案是「剛盛」,問題是剛盛都是冷,唔係掛,再換也是一樣冷😰
