食物一到,草草拍了照片,就立刻要試吓咁多人推介的生煎包,生煎包表面不是脹卜卜的,而是多處往下沉。先不理外表,好唔好味才最重要!

第一啖咬落去湯汁算多,還很燙,湯汁味道是濃郁的,但生煎包面煎過的部份不夠鬆脆,略嫌偏硬一點,相比祥興記的生煎包,湯汁的味道和煎包的效果,我毫不考慮會揀祥興記!

吃過生煎包後,就到試吓個雞絲粉皮,雞絲粉皮份量頗多,但味道偏淡,味道一般,最後還食淨一點,由於本人不太愛吃酸的食物,所以沒有試吃酸辣湯,但朋友說味道幾好!

在食的過程中,見到有一個女子說是來拍照的,她 點了生煎包和雞絲粉皮。食物送給她時,發生了一些小插曲。生煎包送到給她後,等了數分鐘,送來了一碗雞絲撈麵,她猶豫了一會,跟侍應說她點的是雞絲粉皮,很快侍應換來了一客雞絲粉皮給她,當她想拍照的時候,廚師走過來問她是否來拍照片的?她答完是後,廚師便攞走了那碗雞絲粉皮,換來另一碗看起來比較豐富和排列得比較漂亮的給她

前兩日親戚黎我屋企開大餐,就陪媽咪去荃灣街市買餸加料,買完仲有一個鐘先食晚飯,見到對面有間新既餐廳,門口好多等外賣既人,行去望下原來係主打生煎包既上海湯麵店,裝修簡潔坐位闊落,個肚有少少餓但又怕食太多,晚飯食唔落咁就岩晒試下新鮮熱辣既生煎包,店員十分親切,叮囑我們生煎包岩岩出爐,𥚃面湯熱辣辣小心燙咀,生煎包包底煎到金黃色入口鬆脆,一咬就爆曬啲肉汁出,味道鮮嫩加少少醋減少油膩感之餘又可以增加味道層次,酸酸地令人忍唔住再食多粒!皇牌推介招牌生煎包 $30/4隻

前兩日親戚黎我屋企開大餐,就陪媽咪去荃灣街市買餸加料,買完仲有一個鐘先食晚飯,見到對面有間新既餐廳,門口好多等外賣既人,行去望下原來係主打生煎包既上海湯麵店,裝修簡潔坐位闊落,個肚有少少餓但又怕食太多,晚飯食唔落咁就岩晒試下新鮮熱辣既生煎包,店員十分親切,叮囑我們生煎包岩岩出爐,𥚃面湯熱辣辣小心燙咀,生煎包包底煎到金黃色入口鬆脆,一咬就爆曬啲肉汁出,味道鮮嫩加少少醋減少油膩感之餘又可以增加味道層次,酸酸地令人忍唔住再食多粒!

唔知係咪未到蟹嘅季節,
蟹膏顏色唔金黃,但蟹膏蟹肉份量算頗多。
而且麵條有陣陣嘅蔥油香,
雖然賣相麻麻唔吸引,

見呢間野新開,經過貪新鮮就試下,點知中曬伏!服務安排好差,無論堂食定外賣都要逼去收銀排隊買飛先。我今次選擇堂食,買完飛就自己揾位坐,枱與枱之間好逼,基本上客人係背貼背,如果有背囊或者買完嘢想搵位置放係無空間既。然後店員送餐會周圍叫飛號碼,通常啲客坐低之後都無為意飛既號碼,變相要叫幾次先有人應,都幾煩擾下。然後就講下啲野食😂今次叫左3款食物(6隻招牌生煎包、上海排骨菜飯同排骨蒽油拌麵),重有2杯豆漿招牌生煎包勉強叫合格,咬開有汁但肉餡調味差啲,個底煎得還好未至於係其他食評講既燶底個伏就落係排骨菜飯同拌麵上枱即食都只係微溫,塊排骨一定係預先炸好放左一段時間,有單就直出,因為落單到上枱2分鐘都無,食落又粉又無味,再加埋外賣碗上枱,完全零食慾,頹飯咁款😅飯就正常,拌麵欠缺葱油香氣,當然食落都係無味!完全唔建議大家曬金錢同時間去試🥲荃灣重有大把好嘢食
