幫襯過多次,每次都是為了他的懷舊菜而去:砵仔魚腸,炸大腸,尤其是火焰聖子非常惹味。份量也很足。今次星期五幫襯,餐廳滿座,被安排在上層位置。食物水準一如以往,可惜今次非常掃興,10:00被職員趕走!某位女員工開口話要收十點!當時我們還有啤酒未飲完。而上層還有四五桌客人,大家都有點愕然。我們一行三人離開時見到下層仍有幾座食客。而當時一起離開的鄰座客人也非常不滿。不清楚是否個別員工的表現,如此待客之道,食物多出色,也不會回頭! continue reading

去福華街買玩具,見到呢間餐廳門口相片牆上唐詩泳和黃翠如夫婦都來捧場過,咁就一定要試吓,而且交通非常方便,好適合路痴的我下次再來覓食食完幾個點心和小菜,最值得推薦嘅是👍💖黃金棒棒蝦🦐整盤金黃色澤,感覺很富貴的樣子,蝦身包裹著咸蛋黃醬,用的是虎蝦,蝦皮酥脆,其實咸蛋黃醬炒什麼都是好香!擺盤視覺上也很精緻,簡潔大方,搭配綠色香草和紫花點綴,增添了少少清新感雪山叉燒包大大個,咬開里面很多叉燒餡,味道偏甜一口香麻蘿蔔糕,見個名我以為是細細一個一口食完,點知是一大個切開,炸得好香脆乾燒伊面,好大份量,最後食唔晒打包 continue reading
