工作天,又是在石門小區發掘食店既時候了。這次發掘的,是一間燒臘店。這一個舖位,前身也是一間人氣既燒鵝店。結業後不久,此店來了一個小翻新。翻新後,開的,竟然也是一間燒臘店,燒鵝店。冠名為《九龍燒鵝》的食店,說是以做燒鵝為主打。也似乎是舊店換了一個名再戰江湖的食店。那我就來試試看,試下好唔好食啦。一入來,就感覺到有少少的親切。因為其經營的手法基本上是雷同。除了餐廳依然以燒鵝為主打之外,午餐包一個例湯更是令所有打工仔感親切的東西。兩次來,都有碗用肉頭肉尾煲成的老火靚湯,非常之開心。第一日來,我要了招牌的叉鵝飯。鵝肉,是很有水準的,不然,店方也不敢把這一個 "鵝" 掛在店名上。不過,叉燒的肉質,感覺就硬了少少。亦少了可愛的半肥瘦肉。整個叉鵝飯是美的,但綜合了一切,其實有不足。再來的一次,我要了一份燒肉油雞飯。燒肉皮算是脆,而且是卜卜脆的那一種。但,真的靚的皮應該是酥脆的,此燒腩仔就久奉了。幸是油雞件夠香夠滑,拉高了分數。比上手店好的,就是新店的午市套餐包奶茶。濃濃香香的一杯港式奶茶,OK 好飲架。這餐廳,算是 OK 的。味道好,份量也好,除燒鵝外,其他東西就感覺一般般了。不過,夠大份,又有個好湯飲,出品雖未100%如意,在選擇不多既前題下,都值得間唔中黎下食工作午餐既。 continue reading

之前約咗女同事PM今日(17-1-2025 Fri)食晏,但佢又好2似上次咁,突然好忙已甩底,咁我今次就搵男同事PH同女同事SL一齊出去食,我提議我食過嘅呢間(上次食評係2024年11月23日刊登嘅呢篇: https://www.openrice.com/zh/hongkong/review/餸多飯少-e5787521),因為叉燒好食。咁佢哋都肯,就走嚟啦,我哋嚟到有一組客等𡁵,不過好快都有位。我就要$60.00嘅燒肉燒鵝飯,飲熱奶茶,PH要$60.00嘅叉鵝飯,飲熱檸茶,SL要$54.00嘅叉雞飯走翼少飯,飯齋啡。首先捧上3碗例湯,係青紅蘿蔔粟米湯,味道清清地唔太鹹,我覺得OK。3碗飯都陸續到嚟,PH嘅燒鵝俾咗髀,叉燒嘅樣好靚;SL嘅雞俾咗胸佢,但叉燒嘅樣唔靚,白雪雪;我嘅燒肉有啲肥位,燒鵝俾咗胸位我。開動喇,PH同SL都話叉燒好食,燒鵝好食過世一。我嘅燒肉都正常唔鹹,燒鵝皮脆但皮會甩開,都OK嘅。不過,呢啲真係燒鵝?我杯熱奶茶?唔落糖都唔澀,口感滑。而我一路食一路嗅到煙味,SL話係杯齋啡,竟然?而佢話杯嘢酸。環境:雖然唔係坐靠牆嘅位,但枱都好闊落舒適。服務:呢張枱冇糖喺喥,店員係咪應該留意返放低?呢篇食評分只計我嘅食物。 continue reading
