每個星期嘅例行事件去花墟買花後,當然要搵地方開餐。行下行下就發現有間串燒店,友人話不如試下。店舖細細,牆上貼上食物照片,落單係點餐紙上。肉類串燒一次過上碟: 爆汁鷄皮串 (2串) ($28),鹽燒白鱔 ($48),魷魚鬚 ($22),鹽燒牛舌串 ($26)及雞中翼 ($18/2隻)見好多人推介呢個爆汁鷄皮串,入口似食緊鷄肉丸,係爆汁嘅。友人鍾情鹽燒白鱔,呢度相當厚身,入口彈牙但要注意細骨。其餘嘅都燒得岩岩好,唔會變乾,灑上調味粉更惹味。呢兩款有D似樣嘅係燒饅頭 ($18)及燒日本芝士年糕 ($12件)炸饅頭點甜奶就食得多,燒饅頭就第一次食,加上糖粒及彩色糖碎,為佢增加甜味,係幾得意嘅。而芝士年糕外脆內有軟滑芝士,滿足口感。蔬菜類有豆卜 ($14)及蒜芯 ($14)豆卜燒到外脆內唔乾,點酸辣汁食加添味道; 蒜芯燒香後帶點甜味,好食。呢客蒜蓉燒原條茄子 ($38),已經成為我食串燒嘅必點食物。原條開邊,茄子肉上舖滿蒜蓉,輕易夾出。滿滿蒜蓉味係口腔內爆發,要趁熱食啦喂。友人對茄子敏感,點選牛油焗金菇 ($32),以錫紙包住加牛油焗。上枱熱辣辣,每條金菇都沾滿牛油香味,更加滑口。暖身之選有呢客麻辣鴨血加粉絲 ($58),單叫鴨血都可以,加$10有粉絲好似完滿D。見到成個湯底係橙紅色,辣度與顏色相近,係可接受嘅辣度。厚切鴨血,滑身中入口帶點煙韌,配索湯粉絲一齊食,辣得過癮,飲啖烏龍茶再食過。友人唔係幾食得辣,呢個香菇炒飯 ($68)就幫到佢。份量足夠二人分享,但佢自巳都可以食晒。簡單材料如菇粒及蛋碎,加入醬油一齊炒,粒粒分明唔太油膩。仲可以加少少酸辣醬汁撈均一齊食就仲好味。開到凌晨一點,夜繽紛後都可以醫肚。  continue reading
