今晚我喺荃灣一間平民街坊小店食晚飯,呢間小店主打點心、蒸飯同燉湯,環境雖然簡單,但好有街坊味。今次我叫咗一個豉汁金錢肚煲仔飯,真係好滿足!首先,講下呢間小店嘅環境。雖然唔算華麗,但好有親切感,感覺就好似返到屋企咁。店內座位唔算多,但佢哋安排得幾好,唔會太擠迫。### 豉汁金錢肚煲仔飯而家講返主角,豉汁金錢肚煲仔飯。當我收到餐嘅時候,嗰個香味已經撲鼻而來。打開蓋,金錢肚嘅香味同豉汁味道融合得非常好,真係叫人食指大動。金錢肚煮得啱啱好,食落去脆口又有嚼勁,完全冇腥味,豉汁嘅味道更令整個煲仔飯增添咗層次感。米飯方面,煮得幾好,底部仲有少少焦香,食起來有種特別嘅口感,搭配住金錢肚同豉汁,味道更加豐富。份量真係好多,對於一個人來講,完全係食到飽!### 配菜店裡仲有少量嘅青菜,增添咗一啲清新感,令整碗煲仔飯唔會太膩。其實佢哋嘅青菜都煮得幾好,保留住鮮嫩嘅口感,搭配米飯一齊食,真係好正。整體而言,呢間平民街坊小店真係一個好地方。如果你想搵一個平實而好味嘅晚餐,呢個豉汁金錢肚煲仔飯絕對值得一試。環境雖然簡單,但味道同份量都好有水準,價錢亦合理,讓人感受到真正嘅街坊情懷。下次我一定會再返嚟,試下其他佢哋嘅招牌菜! continue reading

西洋菜陳腎陳皮蜜棗燉肉排($68)跟白飯,而個白飯並不是一碗,係一個砂鍋,飯蒸得好好,乾身唔過濕、唔爛、軟。燉湯係用正常紫砂燉盅,入面起碼有一半係湯料,西洋菜尤其多,淋但唔爛,仍有菜味,湯清甜,不錯。鎮江骨($88)同樣跟一砂鍋嘅白飯。鎮江骨有五舊,酸酸甜甜,味道比坊間清淡(似屋企feel),有兩舊骨嘅肉偏瘦。燒賣($30)之前食過記得唔錯,的確無記錯,大粒,肉質實但有咬口,豬肉唔肥,食得出係自家製。鮮竹卷($26)好似好耐無食,於是叫嚟食吓。腐皮比坊間好似卷多層,厚身少少,入面豬肉唔肥,同燒賣近似,另外食到少有嘅芋粒。鳳爪($26)有六隻,味道正常,大量豆卜墊底,索哂啲味。茶錢($5@)絕對抵俾,杞子紅棗圓肉,消熱明目,足足飲咗四杯。 continue reading

近排天氣轉黎轉去,攪到有兩聲咳同喉嚨乾,於是諗起今晚不如去一意飲返個燉湯潤一潤先~由於佢座位有限,我諗最多應該坐唔到20個人,所以諗住今晚去到應該要等位,好好彩去到剛剛有枱客走,所以唔使等就可以直接入去~由於佢啲點心同部分小菜都係即叫即蒸,需要時間等候,所以一坐低就先點咗個咖哩魷魚同鳳爪先,咖哩魷魚真係送飯一流,所以每次都會必點。本來打算食金華火腿蛋餃蒸雞,但係可惜又係冇曬蛋餃所以食唔到,於是就叫咗金針雲耳蒸雞沙鍋飯。之前試過佢豉汁蒸鱔好大碟,今次就試下麵豉普寧醬汁配大眼雞,大眼雞配普寧醬真係絕配,肉質夠實唔散,配上鹹鹹哋嘅普寧醬,真係兩煲飯都食得曬。 continue reading
